Abstract

This research describes the relationship between supervision leadershipand job satisfaction in the Office Of Population and Civil Registration Padang City. The population in this study were all employees in the Office of  Population and Civil Registration Padang City, at 55employees. The number of samples51 peopletakenby krejcie tablepopulationby usingproportionalstratified random sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaireinLikertscale modelwhichhas provenvalidity and reliability.Based on the researchthat has been donecan be concludedthat thejob satisfactionof employeeswho inboth categoriesby 82, 72% andsupervisionleadership the high categoryin the amount of75,79%..There is a significant effect of variable x to variable y ie 32.4%.
