Abstract

The goal of this research is to obtain information about theperception of managerial skills of Head Teacher in SMK Negeri Kota Bukittinggi. The population of this research are 272 teachers and 69 teachers were taken as a sample.Sampling technics were using is Simple Random Sampling with Sudjana formula. The instrument used in this research is questionnaire and analyzedby average. In general, the result of this research is perception of managerial skills of Head Teacher in SMK Negeri Kota Bukittinggiis good at 3,84.
