Abstract

The observation result indicates that the supervision by headmaster at Senior High School at Kecamatan Koto Tangah was not maximal. The purpose of this research is to get information about perception of teachers on the headmaster’s supervision. This research is descriptive. The population is 221 teachers and the sample is 68 people, taken by Incidental Sampling. The questionnaire used was Likert scale model with validity and reability tested. Then data was analyzed by result of the Mean. Overall teachers perception to headmaster supervision at Senior High School Kecamatan Koto Tangah is in good enough with category mean score 3,47.
