Abstract

Success in a business, both small and large, is supported in terms of the selection of marketing media. Therefore, determining the selection of marketing media as a supporter of business success needs to be considered by looking at environmental conditions and the times. Seeing the times, the business world is currently competing in the digital industry, one of which is digital marketing. Digital marketing is an effort that aims to promote a product or service using media that depends on digital transmission. Such as media promotion in CV.Kurnia Barokah. The gift of Barokah is still conventional, that is, only by word of mouth so that the results of marketing have not yet received optimal results. Innovation in the use of effective promotional media can provide optimal results as expected, such as the use of Instagram-based digital marketing. To overcome this problem by holding digital marketing training at CV. Karunia Barokah. The output of this activity is an increase in partner knowledge about Instagram-based digital marketing.

Abstract

Abstract         Copper and gold mining industry produce large amount of tailings effluent containing heavy metals such as Cu and Hg that will polute  environment and agricultural land, if it is not properly treated.  Effort in reducing pollution level and recovery of metal in tailing could be conducted with biosorption process using microbial cell as an absorbent agent. This study aims to determine the ability of selected white rot fungi (WRF) immobilized on empty fruit bunches of oil palm (EFB)  to absorb Cu (II) metals in tailing. Based on growth rate, ligninolytic enzymes activity, and the absorption capacity of heavy metals, the superior WRF candidate was Omphalina sp. The ability of biomass Omphalina sp. to decrease the con-centrateion of Cu (II) with an initial concentration of 150 ppm, up to 63%. Omphalina sp. that immobilized on TKKS was able to reduce Cu (II) as much as 66-77% at pH 4.0 for 60 minutes. Abstrak                Eksploitasi tambang tembaga dan emas banyak menghasilkan limbah tailing yang masih me-ngandung logam berat seperti Cu (II) dan Hg (II). Limbah tersebut berpotensi mencemari perairan dan lahan pertanian bila tidak ditangani dengan baik.  Usaha untuk mengatasi limbah tailing dan sekaligus memekatkan (recovery) logam di dalam-nya dapat dilakukan dengan proses biosorpsi menggunakan sel mikroba. Penelitian ini bertujuan menetapkan kemampuan biomassa jamur pelapuk putih (JPP) yang diimobilisasi pada tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS) dalam mengabsorpsi ion logam Cu (II). Metode biosorpsi logam yang digunakan dengan sistem batch dengan kadar logam 300 ppm, 200 ppm,dan 150 ppm. Hasil seleksi JPP berdasarkan laju pertumbuhan, aktivitas enzim ligninolitik, dan penyerapan logam berat telah  diperoleh   kandidat   JPP   unggul  yaitu Omphalina sp. Dalam media PDB,  Omphalina sp. toleran terhadap Cu (II) hingga konsentrasi 150 ppm. Kemampuan biomassa Omphalina sp. untuk penurunan konsentrasi Cu (II) dengan konsentrasi awal 150 ppm yaitu mencapai 63%. Omphalina sp. yang diimobilisasi dengan TKKS mampu menurun- kan kandungan Cu (II) sebesar 66-77%  pada pH 4.0 selama 60 menit.

Abstract

The use of Jepara ornaments is intended, so that Indonesian furniture designers should still care about the arts and culture of the archipelago, namely by applying handicraft products into them, so that they can become a media of socialization and appreciation of Indonesian culture.Many activities are carried out on the terrace, so humans will need facilities to support these activities, namely chairs and tables. Humans need a table and chairs design that can support all their activities on the terrace.The combination of wood and stainless materials is an option in making patio chairs and tables, with a simple design, which is one of the products that humans need for their patio space. Chair and table designs can be placed in any type of terrace, creative and new designs make these chairs and tables a point of interest on the terrace

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Kompetensi Sosial Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Sdn 01 Taman Kecamatan Taman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penerapan Kompetensi Sosial Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Sdn 01 Taman Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi sosial guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 01 Taman Kecamatan Taman sudah cukup baik, beliau mampu bersikap inklusif dan mudah dalam bergaul. Namun dalam berinteraksi dengan orang tua dan masyarakat kurang optimal. 2) Ketidakoptimalan itu terjadi karena kurangnya komunikasi dan waktu untuk berbincang, waktu terbatas ketika proses pengambilan raport. 3) Kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi oleh siswa di SDN 01 Taman Kecamatan Taman yaitu kurangnya perhatian orang tua kepada anak, sehingga semangat belajar anak rendah. Selain itu faktor ekonomi orang tua siswa yang mayoritas menengah ke bawah, secara tidak langsung dapat menghambat anak dalam belajar. Upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa di SDN 01 Taman Kecamatan Taman adalah pemberian motivasi belajar kepada anak, membuat kelompok belajar di kelas, kerja sama dengan orang tua dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Sukosono Village is located in Kedung District, Jepara Regency. There are  9 Furniture Finishing Services businesses. To purchase furniture products, buyers can buy ready-made products or products that have not been finished or what is usually called raw. To purchase raw products, buyers must go to a finishing service to process the final product to make it better. HD Furniture is a business group engaged in finishing services in Sukosono village which the team will make a partner in this service. Production per day can produce 5-6 products. For marketing areas in Jepara and Palembang. The problems that exist for Partners are: (1) Orders are increasing but the equipment they have for the production process has low capacity, (2) at the spraying stage (coating) there are still problems with humidity resulting in finishing defects (condensation, white spots on the surface layer of the product) , (3) Layout and Quality Control are still minimal. The solution offered is socialization and assistance in making oven room technology for post-finishing, workshops on finishing techniques, workshops on layout and quality control. The output of this activity is that production capacity and quality product has been increased by 100%, and Human Resource skills have increased by 100%.
