Abstract

Pain is one of a problem in children suffering from cancer which affects to the quality of life of children, inhibits the recovery process, inhibits daily activities and result in long-term morbidity. Aim of this literature review is to identify the therapeutic effect of mHealth (Mobile Health) application for pain management of children suffering from cancer. This article is a literature review using several online databased such as: ClinicalKey, PubMed, Science Direct, ProQuest, EBSCO, Scopus, BioMed Central, and Google Scholar published from 2014-2019 using several of keywords. A selection of 10 full text articles was selected which was then analyzed. The analysis results of 10 articles about mHealth (Mobile Health) therapy in pain management in children suffering from cancer are effective, especially in the management of pain at home. Based on these results, the authors suggest to use mHealth (Mobile Health) therapy in children with cancer to support programmed therapy.

Abstract

Stunting is the main problems for children in Indonesia, children who are already stunted can catch-up growth to minimize the impact of stunting. This literature study aims to identified the factors contribute to catch-up growth in children with stunting. Literature search several online databases with the keyword "Factors AND Stunting Catch-up Growth AND Child *". The selected articles were articles published in 2016-2020 in English and used a sample of children with stunting. The results of the literature study found 555 articles and 9 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Several major factors that contribute to the catch-up growth of children with stunting are the level of education and height of the mother, economic status, socio-culture, nutritional supplements and community based intervention. Contributing factors can be used as considerations in providing interventions to support catch-up growth in children with stunting so as to reduce the impact of stunting.
