Abstract

Apendisitis akut merupakan penyebab terbanyak dilakukannya operasi abdomen cito. Kekeliruan diagnosa apendisitis sekitar 8-30% berakibat dilakukan pemotongan apendiks yang normal. Ultrasonografi (USG) abdomen merupakan pemeriksaan yang penting dalam penegakan diagnosa apendisitis akut, mampu menunjukkan kemungkinan diagnosa  lain  pada pasien dengan nyeri perut kanan bawah dan menurunkan angka kejadian laparotomi negatif. Data pada penelitian ini didapatkan dari  data rekam medis pasien rawat inap dengan apendisitis, hasil USG dan histopatologi pasien apendisitis dari bulan Januari 2010 sampai bulan Desember 2011. Data menunjukkan pada tahun 2010-2011 ada 104 pasien UGD atau rawat jalan yang datang dengan keluhan nyeri perut kanan bawah dan pemeriksaan fisik dicurigai apendisitis. Sebanyak 104 pasien yang dicurigai apendisitis dilakukan pemeriksaan USG abdomen dan hasil USG yang positif  apendisitis 74 pasien (71,1%), negatif 30 pasien (28,8%). Penelitian ini menunjukkan sensitivitas dan spesifitas USG abdomen untuk diagnosis apendisitis yang cukup tinggi yaitu 84,1% dan 100%. Kata Kunci: Apendisitis, sensitivitas, spesifitas, USG abdomen

Abstract

This study investigates the drivers of trainee performance in upskilling/reskilling training program through an internship for vocational high school teachers. Data was gathered from 652 high school business and tourism teachers nationwide who had completed an internship program managed by BISPAR, Indonesia. The data, analyzed using SEM-PLS, results in two important findings. First, training inputs, covering trainee characteristics, training design, and work environment, are important determinants of trainees’ experience in the internship program. Among these factors, statistical results reveal that training design is the key to trainee reaction and learning during the training. Second, the total effect analysis shows that teachers’ behavior in transferring new competency acquired from the training is greatly influenced by the school’s environment factors. The managerial implication of these findings is thoroughly discussed.
