Abstract

The purpose of the research is to increase a  positive attitude towards psychological well-being, the dimension of environmental mastery. The method  this study is quasi experimental design of  untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest.  The research subjects used an experimental group of 10 people and a control group of 10 people. Data collection techniques use a environmental mastery attitude scale. The results showed that attitudes towards student environmental mastery in schools could be improved through role playing technique group guidance services, this was shown through the Mean Whitney Test results. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the value (Sig) was 0.000 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was an increase in students' attitudes towards environmental mastery after being given the role playing group guidance service in the experimental group. The conclusion is that attitudes towards environmental mastery can be increased using the role playing group guidance services in the experimental group in SMA Al-azhar 3 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019.Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan sikap positif  terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis  dimensi environmental mastery. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen desain untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah  kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 10 orang dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala sikap environmental mastery. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sikap terhadap environmental mastery siswa di sekolah dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing, hal ini ditunjukan melalui hasil Uji Mean Whitney. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan nilai (Sig) 0,000 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya bahwa terdapat peningkatan sikap positif terhadap environmental mastery setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing pada kelompok eksperimen. Kesimpulannya adalah sikap positif terhadap enviromental mastery  dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing  kelompok eksperimen pada siswa SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan kelompok, sikap positif, teknik bermain peran

Abstract

The problem of this research is the students who have negative attitude in environmental mastery at school. The problem is whether the group guidance for role playing techniques can improve students positive attitude towards SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. The objective of the research is to improve students positive attitudes towards psychological well-being, especially the dimension of environmental mastery. The quasi eksperimen design untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest was used in this method. The subject of the research were 10 experimental group and 10 control group. Data collection techniques use a environmental mastery scale. Permasalahannya adalah “apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing dapat meningkatkan sikap positif siswa terhadap environmental mastery pada siswa kelas XI SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan sikap positif siswa terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis khususnya dimensi Environmental mastery.
