<![CDATA[AbstrakAcne vulgaris adalah penyakit kulit yang disebabkan peradangan kronis kelenjar pilosebaseus. Acne vulgaris diderita hampir 85% remaja di dunia, biasanya saat memasuki usia pubertas sampai dengan dekade kedua. Manajemen terapi acne vulgaris bergantung pada tingkat keparahan dan penyebabnya. Semakin berat tingkat keparahannya, jaringan parut yang terbentuk juga semakin berat dan membutuhkan berbagai teknik untuk memperbaikinya. Dari tipe scaryang terbentuk ketika proses penyembuhan luka, dibagi menjadi dua bagian besar yaitu scar atrofik dan scar hipertrofik. Dalam tinjauan pustaka ini akan dibahas berbagai teknik pengobatan scar atrofik akibat acne vulgaris, antara lain dengan peeling kimia, dermabrasi, laser, bedah, filler, juga manajemen scar hipertrofik seperti penggunaan gel silikon, penyuntikan steroid intralesi, krioterapi, dan pulsed dye laser. Kata Kunci : Terapi, acne-scar atrofik, hipertrofik  Abstract              Acne vulgaris is a skin disease caused by chronic inflammation of pilosebaceus gland . Acne vulgaris is suffered by nearly 85 % of teenagers in the world , usuallyon pubertal age  until the second decade of life. Acne vulgaris therapy depends on its severity and the cause of acne vulgaris itself. The more severe, the more scars occur and therefore require different techniques to fix it . There are two major types of acne scar which occur after wound healing process ,which known as atrophic scar and hypertrophic scar . In this paper we will review various techniques in the management of atrophic scar which occur due to acne vulgaris, such as the use of  chemical peeling , dermabrasion, laser, surgery , fillers, and also management of hypertrophic scar such as the use of silicone gel, intralesion steroid inejction, cryotherapy, and pulsed dye laser . Keywords : Therapy, Atrophic acne scar, hypertrophic acne scar]]>
