Abstract

The problem of this research was the high frequency of bullying intention on students. The aim of this research was to find out whether bullying intention on students could be decrease through group counseling service. The subjects of the research were six students grade eight of SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung who have high frequency of bullying intention. The data was analyzed with non-paramatrix statistic using Wilcoxon test. The result showed that bullying intention decreases significantly after the application of group counseling service. It was shown from the result of the pretest and posttest that Z quantification = -2,539 and Z table =  1,645. In order that Z quantification ≤ Z table, therefore Ho was rejected and Ha accepted it mean there was a significant difference between bullying intention before and after the application of group counseling service. In conclusion, bullying intention on students can be decreased through group counseling service.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah intensi bullying siswa tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah intensi bullying siswa dapat dikurangi melalui layanan konseling kelompok. Subyek penelitian ini enam orang siswa kelas VIII SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung yang memiliki intensi bullying tinggi.   Dianalisis dengan statistik non parametrik menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa intensi bullying mengalami pengurangan signifikan setelah pemberian layanan konseling kelompok. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil pretest dan posttest yang diperoleh Z hitung = -2,539 dan Z tabel = 1,645 Karena Z hitung ≤ Z tabel, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara intensi bullying siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok. Kesimpulan, intensi bullying siswa dapat dikurangi melalui layanan konseling kelompok.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, intensi bullying,  layanan konseling kelompok
