Abstract

Posdaya adalah suatu forum silaturahmi, advokasi, komunikasi, dan edukasi, sekaligus sebagai wadah koordinasi kegiatan-kegiatan untuk penguatan fungsi masyarakat terpadu. Tujuan utama posdaya adalah merevitalisasi fungsi keluarga serta memberdayakan masyarakat Indonesia agar mampu menjadi masyarakat yang mandiri dan sejahtera. Salah satu Posdaya yang cukup berhasil adalah Posdaya Bougenville yang terletak di Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang peranan koperasi simpan pinjam berbasis posdaya yang merupakan salah program unggulan posdaya di bidang ekonomi. Peranan yang dimaksud adalah bagaimana koperasi simpan pinjam mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di kawasan RW 20 Kelurahan Citrodiwangsan Lumajang. Selain itu, diteliti juga mengenai usaha-usaha yang dilakukan oleh Posdaya Bougenville  dalam mengurangi ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap keberadaan rentenir di wilayah sekitar, serta peranan modal sosial dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan   data   melalui   wawancara,   observasi,   dan   dokumentasi.   Hasil   penelitian menunjukkan   bahwa   koperasi   posdaya   Bougenville   mampu   meningkatkan   kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mengurangi ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap rentenir. Adapun usaha yang dilakukan untuk mencapai hal tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pinjaman bagi masyarakat untuk  bantuan  modal  usaha  maupun  untuk  kebutuhan  sehari-hari.  Pinjaman  yang  diberikan tingkat bunganya rendah dan jangka waktunya cukup lama, sehingga   tidak memberatkan masyarakat  dalam  mengembalikan  pinjaman.  Sedangkan  modal  sosial  dalam  koperasi  ini berperan dalam menguatkan organisasi melalui kepercayaan,  norma, dan jaringan yang ada dalam posdaya tersebut. Kepercayaan terwujud dalam hubungan baik antara anggota dan pengurus, norma terwujud dalam serangkaian peraturan yang terdapat pada organisasi tersebut, sedangkan jaringan terwujudpada lingkungan tempat posdaya tersebut berada.   Kata kunci: Paguyuban, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam, Posdaya, Modal Sosial.

Abstract

Economic disparity among regions is a pivotal concern for equitable development. In West Java, Indonesia's most populous province, this issue is accentuated as several city and regency areas persistently lag in growth rates when compared to the provincial average. This study is dedicated to uncovering the determinants that may expedite the socioeconomic advancement of the most impoverished areas within the province over a significant period, from 2012 to 2021. Utilizing panel data regression analysis, this research meticulously examines a series of potential factors that could influence regional economic performance. The quantitative data for this comprehensive analysis were sourced from two authoritative Indonesian bodies: the Central Agency on Statistics (Badan Pusat Statistik - BPS) and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan - DJPK). These datasets provide a robust foundation for assessing the fiscal, demographic, and economic variables that potentially contribute to the regional growth dynamics.

Abstract

In developing countries, particularly in the Southeast Asian region, food security serves as a form of national defense to safeguard the well-being of their populations. There are numerous factors that can affect the food security of a country. This research aims to elucidate the factors influencing food security in developing countries, specifically in Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines). The objective of this study is to define the factors related to phenomena associated with food security. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for various stakeholders and contribute to knowledge in the field of economics. The research methodology used is quantitative explanation, employing panel data analysis.The results of the study show that factors such as research and development in the agricultural sector, the availability of agricultural land, and policies related to the agricultural sector have a positive and significant impact. Conversely, the employmente in the agricultural sector has a negative and significant influence on food security. Meanwhile, the GDP of the industrial sector does not have a significant effect on food security.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the OVO E Wallet in the community in Malang City. The method used is a quantitative method with primary data taken using a questionnaire. This research used a sample of 172 respondents who were selected using the lemmeshow formula and purposive sampling technique. The population of this research is the community of OVO E-Wallet users in Malang City. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results show that perceived convenience (X1) has a positive and significant effect on interest in using (Y), perception of usefulness (X2) has a positive and significant effect on interest in using (Y), income (X3) has a positive and significant effect on interest in using (Y) , Age (X4) has a positive and significant effect on interest in using (Y) and education level (X5) has a negative and significant effect on interest in using (Y).

Abstract

The economic industry has experienced development characterized by the industrial revolution. Currently, the world is facing the fourth industrial revolution marked by artificial intelligence, genetic engineering, and digital revolution. One form of digital transformation in companies is through the implementation of ERP. This system has a positive impact on company productivity, but also raises concerns with arguments that ERP systems could lead to job loss due to automation by companies. The aim of this research is to understand the potential of ERP in creating job opportunities and to identify challenges faced by the workforce as a result of ERP implementation. The research adopts a qualitative approach using interview and observation techniques.

Abstract

One concept originating from the Islamic faith, which is the most widely practiced religion in Indonesian society, is the concept of Sharia. The Sharia concept refers to a set of rules and principles derived from Islamic teachings that serve as guidelines for the lives of Muslim communities. The aim of this research is to investigate the Role of Social Capital and the Application of Mudharabah Contracts in Ikaboga Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) under the Subana Bana Randang Brand in the city of Padang, West Sumatra. The research methodology employed is qualitative research. Primary data is utilized in this study. Data collection techniques include documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques involve qualitative data analysis, comprising data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
