Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui pengaruh penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan terhadap promosi jabatan di Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena. Promosi jabatan dapat dilakukan berdasarkan pertimbangan prestasi kerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian dilakukan terhadap 20 karyawan bank. Data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif dikumpulkan dengan metode kuisioner, observasi dan wawancara. Data penelitian di analisis dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel dan menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adalah bahwa nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari taraf nyata yang digunakan dan nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari t tabel. dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05 dengan nilai thitung 3,310 > 2,100. Hal tersebut menunjukan  bahwa penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan.

Abstract

Covid 19 has a very broad impact on socio-economic life globally, nationally and even in rural areas. Sosio-economic restrictions due to Covid-19 affecting agriculture system starting from distribution chain and marketing of agriculture input and output, agriculture processing system and farmers’ income in rural area. The objective of this research is to analyze the income of corn farmers at Peleru village Mori Utara Sub-District Morowali Utara District at Covid-19 Pandemic. This research used qualitative approach with case study. 10 corn farmers was chosen as the key informants. Research result showed that the average cost of corn farming at Peleru village is amount IDR 2.513.510 per Ha per planting season. From the average land area of 1,1 Ha, the farmers obtained a production amount 2.580 kg per planting season. From the price of IDR 2.500 per Kg, the farmers get average income IDR 6.450.000 per planting season. Research result showed that the average net income of the farmers at Peleru village is IDR 3.936.490 per planting season. Keywords: Covid-19; Farmers; Corn; Income.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive relationship and the influence of education and training to work productivity of employees at Pamona Puselemba sub-district of Poso. This type of research is done is quantitative research with descriptive statistics to process the data.The result of this research show that there was a significant relationship between education and training to work productivity, it is obtained from the calculation using the Pearson product moment correlation where the value of rhitung> rtable value or 0.560> 0.497 and there are positive influence where the value thitung> ttable or (2.700> 2.131.

Abstract

This study examines the strategy for developing the community economy in Sintuwulemba Village, Lage District, Poso Regency. The research adopts a qualitative approach and was conducted from July to August 2024. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis, with informants including village officials and residents. Findings indicate that utilizing natural resources in agriculture and animal husbandry and enhancing human resources through training are effective strategies. The study highlights innovative programs, including agrotourism and sustainable agricultural practices, that have improved economic welfare. These initiatives are supported by village infrastructure and a participatory planning approach, enhancing self-sufficiency and economic resilience.
