Abstract

The postpartum period is the period after the placenta is born and ends when the uterine devices returnlike pre-pregnancy conditions. Buton women make use of posoropu tradition as postpartum care that affects theirhealth status. This study aims to explore the utilization of posoropu tradition during the postpartum period inKulisusu District, Bonegunu District, & North Kulisusu District in North Buton Regency. A qualitative study withEthnographic approach, conducted with indepth interviews on 14 informants obtained with purposive sampling.rom the analysis of posoropu tradition during the postpartum period, consist of social aspect and cultural aspect.The social aspect of the female Buton has a self concept that the treatment performed by the Bisa (Shaman) causea magical touch, trusted, & service satisfaction in restoring the function of the reproductive organs in the past.Indentification of individuals to social groups that is the interest and habits of hereditary choose treatment doneOdhe (hatra) and “Bisa”. While the cultural aspects of postpartum care tradition that must be done, namely pidahowee musodo (hot bath), pirarai (roasted), kabongkoi (belt/belly), and drinking traditional ingredients. Viewedfrom the social aspect of the people of North Buton still maintains the traditions of the puerperium while the culturalaspects of society still cling to the culture that has been inherited by ancestors from generation to generation.

Abstract

Flyback Converter is an electronic circuit that can increase the output voltage value, the voltage value can be adjusted by changing the value of the duty cycle. This Flyback Converter will be controlled by the Pulse Width Modulation method as the output voltage setting and this research is equipped with a feedback function as monitoring and control of Input Pulse Width Modulation. This designed flyback converter aims to provide an isolated power supply as a power source for Brushless Direct Current Motor drivers, and this research was conducted to analyze how much power the flyback converter can produce to be able to supply Brushless Direct Current Motor drivers. The results of the analysis obtained in the research Design of flyback converter for power supply of BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) motor driver that is flyback converter is given an input voltage of 31 VDC and output voltage of 15 VDC, rheostat load with a capacity of 39 Ohm, a frequency of 31 KHz in the form of a box wave duty cycle reaches 70%. Flyback converter designed to produce maximum power of 49.6 watts on 70% duty cycle testing.

Abstract

Sampah plastik umumnya diolah dengan metode pembakaran yang menghasilkan gas berbahaya bagi bumi. Hampir polimer termoplastik seperti polistirena dan polipropilen tidak dapat terurai secara hayati. Pirolisis merupakan metode yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan mengubah Polistirena dan polipropilena menjadi bahan bakar cair dengan menggunakan thermal cracking. Pada penelitian ini, proses pirolisis dilakukan dengan metode catalytic cracking menggunakan zeolit ​​aktif 25%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi temperatur terhadap persentase rendemen, sifat fisik,dan kandungan senyawa bahan bakar cair dengan variabel yang divariasikan adalah temperatur 300-500oC. Hasil menunjukkan % yield tertinggi pada temperatur 350oC untuk polistirena dan 450oC untuk senyawa campuran polistirena dan polipropilena 1:1 untuk katalis zeolit ​​teraktivasi 25% .

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on employee work motivation at Rasanae Timur District. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of 72 employees of Rasanae Timur District, with a sample of 32 civil servants selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and literature study, while data analysis was carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results showed that transformational leadership had no significant effect on employee work motivation. This was indicated by a significance value of 0.401 > 0.05 and a t-value of 0.852 < t-table of 1.697. Therefore, the hypothesis stating a significant influence was rejected. The study concludes that other factors beyond transformational leadership play a more dominant role in influencing employee work motivation in Rasanae Timur District.
