Abstract

Abstract Leader that is success shall have some criterions which depend on viewpoint or approach applied, is that its the personality, skill, talent, its(the characters, or its(the authority owned is which later hardly having an effect on to theory and also leadership style which will be applied. Main secret of leadership is the biggest strength a leader is not from its the power, non its the intelligence, but from strength of its the person. a real leader striving improve; self repairs before business to improve; repair others. Abstract

The development of economics and information technology  spur on increasing competition, therefore the corporation management must seek and apply business strategy. This is done to make the corporation win the competition and superior to compete with its competitors. One of the concepts that can be applied is management accounting strategy and management controlling system that can help simultaneously to face business competition. In management strategy, there are many supporting elements to support management strategy to win competitive superiority, such as accounting system frame, the three concepts (product life cycle, experience curve, the growth of market share), and the main contribution in management strategy. The threat  and opportunity caused by competition, based on research analysis says that controlling management process can be used to manage the strategy appearance to face threat and create opportunity. Theoritically, it shows dynamic relationship between management strategy and controlling management system that can help corporation to face competition and competitive superiority. Abstract

Taxes are the dues of the state treasury under the law (which can be enforced), and found no reciprocal services (contraprestation) directly can be shown and used to pay for general manufacturing. Pawn serves as budgetair, regulerend, stability and income redistribution. Azas tax collection are grouped into azas domicile, and resources and national azas. Conditions tax collection is the collection of taxes should be fair, tax arrangements should be based on law and applicable withholding taxes does not bother economy.
