Abstract

Adanya pandemi covid-19 tidak menjadi hambatan bagi pelaku UMKM Desa Kebobang Kabupaten Malang Jawa Timur dalam memperkuat ekosistem. UMKM sebagian besar memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan bidang manajerial karena dihadapkan pada keterbatasan sumber daya produktif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu identifikasi awal, pelaksanaan dan praktek pendampingan.  Oleh karena UMKM membutuhkan adanya pendampingan pengelolaan manajemen usaha agar mampu bertahan dalam iklim ekonomi yang dinamis. Ada 3 aspek yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperkuat manajemen UMKM yaitu penguatan akses terhadap legalitas administrasi, peningkatan kualitas pengemasan dan pelebelan, serta kebijakan harga jual produk. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas akses legalitas usaha yang mendorong kualitas pengemasan dan pelebelan serta penentu harga jual yang realistis. Kata kunci— Covid-19, Daya saing, Manajemen UMKM  Abstract The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic is not an obstacle for SMEs in Kebobang Village, Malang Regency, East Java, in strengthening the ecosystem. Most MSMEs have limitations in managing the managerial field because they are faced with limited productive resources. The method used in mentoring consists of three stages, namely initial, implementation and practice of mentoring. Therefore, SMEs need business management assistance in order to be able to survive in a dynamic economic climate. There are three aspects that can be done to strengthen SMEs management, namely strengthening access to administrative legality, improving packaging and labeling quality, and product selling price policies. The results of the assistance show that there is an increase in the quality of access to business legality that supports the quality of packaging and labeling as well as determining realistic selling prices. Keywords— Covid-19, Competitiveness, SMEs Management

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the financial performance of MSMEs in Makassar City. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population is all MSMEs in Makassar City which are registered with the Makassar City Cooperatives and MSMEs Office with sample selection using certain considerations (purposive sampling). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) tools.

Abstract

Firm value is the investor's perception of the company's success in managing the company's resources. Companies are required to think effectively and efficiently and excel in competition. To increase the value of the company, all companies must compete; this study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, and capital structure on firm value through profitability in companies in the raw material-producing sector and the manufacturing industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2016- 2020. This study uses a quantitative descriptive, explanatory approach. The sampling population is companies that are members of the raw material producing and manufacturing sector companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Research samples were obtained from 16 companies. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, and capital structure had a positive and significant effect on profitability. Corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, capital structure, and profitability positively and significantly impact firm value. Profitability can mediate the development of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, and capital structure on firm value. This study found that profitability can judge the effect of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, and capital structure on company value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2022
