The success of treatment in cases of mental disorder should not be simply imposed on a psychiatric unit, especially when patients were treated at a mental hospital. But it should be followed up with monitoring of treatment when the patient has returned home and cared for by family. One of the important agenda for health workers in the psychiatric unit is to conduct home visits to patients with mental disorders when the patient has been allowed to go home. It can bring a positive impact on families as well as for patients who visited by the health officers. The study was conducted qualitatively with the aim to determine the perception of mental patients after getting home visit by health officers. Indepth interviews were conducted on 8 patients and were analyzed using Collaizzi analysis techniques. The study identified four themes: (1) there was a positive response of patients toward home visits by health officers, (2) needs for mental health information were identified, (3) there was an expectation of mental health services and (4) patient's negative thoughts were identified. Recommendations based on the results of this study is that a structured home visit programs should be appliedin each unit of mental health services,so the aim of psychiatric nursing interventions can be achieved optimally either in hospital or in the community. The family is also expected to enhance its function and continue to provide motivation and encouragement for patients so that patients can re-socialize and productive, return to normal for the field work.

The Entrepreneurial Student Program at Jenderal Soedirman University has been running since 2011. Students are trained to learn entrepreneurship by being provided with various facilities such as venture capital, grants, entrepreneurship training and business assistance. Students are given the opportunity to practice entrepreneurship in a variety of businesses such as culinary, various kinds of cultivation, trade and others. Business assistance for student business groups is carried out by lecturers appointed by the Chancellor’s Decree. The entrepreneurship program for students aims to increase the motivation and entrepreneurial attitudes of Unsoed Purwokerto students. Business assistance activities carried out to 27 business groups, with a total of 81 student participants. Business assistance is carried out in the classroom and at the place of business. Assistance in class is done by describing the results of the work that has been done by business groups and discussion of problem solving. Assistance at the place of business is carried out by direct field visits at the business places of the business groups. The head of the business group directly explains the production process and conveys the constraints and problems experienced during production. The accompanying lecturer conducts a discussion in solving problems with business groups in the business place. Business assistance for students in conducting entrepreneurship can improve students motivation and attitude in working to run a business.

The study aimed to analyze spiritual and herbal approaches as an alternative to non-medical rehabilitation for drug addicts. The research location was in Nurul Ichsan Al Islami and An-Nur homes in Purbalingga Regency using Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) methods. Determination of purposively selected informants is namely administrators of the foundation, former drug addicts who are in the process of rehabilitation and assistants or counselors. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and it is found that the Nurul Ichsan Al Islami and An-Nur Foundations could be used as alternatives in spiritual and herbal drug abuse rehabilitation (non-medical). Spiritual rehabilitation uses a humanist, familial and dialogical approach so that drug addicts can be open, feel close and build their trust in the counselor in the process of therapy. Spiritual rehabilitation is carried out by restoring human nature to faith and piety by worship, loving family and friends, endeavoring and socializing through da'wah therapy, prayer, recitation and dhikr in congregation, doing rukiyah to fight the addiction with bathing therapy in river and boiled water (godog) accompanied by prayer, then rehabilitate herbs with potions like herbs for vitality and poison detoxification.

Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keselamatan Kerja untuk Produktivitas pada Masyarakat Kutaliman Damairia Hayu Parmasari; Suryanto Suryanto; Dian Anandari

Desa Kutaliman, Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan salah satu wilayah yang sudah memiliki Forum Kesehatan Desa (FKD). Akan tetapi FKD yang ada di Desa Kutaliman hanya memiliki program dalam bidang pengendalian kependudukan, Keluarga Berencana (KB), dan Keluarga Sejahtera (KS) serta pembinaan Posyandu balita. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang membantu melaksanakan program FKD adalah koordinator FKD. Program yang dilaksanakan oleh FKD belum menyangkut keselamatan kerja. Selain itu, masyarakat Desa Kutaliman belum paham tentang keselamatan kerja, Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan agar masyarakat dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja demi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan adalah presentasi dari narasumber dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Sebelum dilakukan presentasi materi oleh narasumber, diadakan pre test melalui beberapa pertanyaan dan post test setelah pendidikan dan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan adalah peningkatan rata-rata dari skor pre test ke post test pada pengetahuan dan sikap tentang keselamatan kerja serta produktivitas kerja. Nilai pre test adalah 46,79 untuk sikap keselamatan kerja, 4,52 untuk pengetahuan keselamatan kerja, dan 31,21 untuk produktivitas kerja. Nilai post test adalah 51,64 untuk sikap keselamatan kerja, 4,55 untuk pengetahuan keselamatan kerja, dan 34,57 untuk produktivitas kerja. Hasil pengabdian ini penting untuk mengukur sejauh mana perubahan sikap dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang keselamatan kerja demi meningkatknya produktivitas kerja.

Kasus kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia masih sangat tinggi, pada Tahun 2019 mencapai 77.295 kasus dan terus mengalami kenaikan. Angka kecelakaan kerja di Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan data dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan pada tahun 2018 ditemuka 157. 313 kasus. Desa pamijen salah satu desa yang ada di Kabupaten Banyumas yang sebagian besar penduduknya bekerja sebagai pembuat batu bata yang bersiko untuk mengalami kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan dari pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk menurunkan angka kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja pembuat batu bata dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku terkait perilaku aman atau safety behavior. Metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara mengenai safety behavior, pembentukan paguyuban pekerja, penyuluhan safety behavior kepada pekerja tobong batu bata, pemberian peralatan penunjang produksi dan peralatan safety. Hasil pengukuran pendidikan kesehatan tentang pentingnya penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) mengalami peningkatan dan perubahan perilaku setelah diberikan intervensi. Selain itu, dari pemberdayaan ini terbentuk paguyuban pekerja pembuat batu bata “Karya Panguripan”, merelokasi tobong batu bata ke tempat yang baru, dan memberikan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) kepada para pekerja pembuat batu bata untuk menghindari kecelakaan kerja serta dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Dampak yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai safety behavior pada pekerja pembuat batu bata sehingga dapat menurunkan angka kecelakaan kerja pekerja pembuat batu bata batu bata di Desa Pamijen.

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on various sectors including small medium enterprise. One of the small medium enterprises affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is Batik Papringan in Banyumas Regency. The decline in income due to the pandemic caused batik to experience a decline in performance. The decline in performance also had an impact on the amount of batik and the income generated. Aims: to determine the factors related to the performance of Batik Papringan Workers in Banyumas Regency. Methods: The research was conducted with a sample of 48 batik workers. The instrument is questionnaire. The questionnaire in this research is a self-developed questionnaire which was developed from a validated and reliable questionnaire. The analysis was performed using chi-square to examine the relationship between the 2 variables and logistic regression to determine the factors most associated with performance. Result: The results showed that in the bivariate test, age and work satisfaction were factors related to performance, while in the multivariate test the most related factors were work satisfaction. The p value of the relationship between work satisfaction and performance is 0.049. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study work satisfaction is the factor most related to the performance of batik makers that needs to be improved. The solution that can be done is to apply strategies and tricks in marketing batik products to consumers so that consumers are more interested in buying batik. The more batik is sold, the more worker satisfaction increases.
