Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan entrepreneurial skills terhadap kinerja usaha kedai kopi di Kota Malang. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden yang diambil dari populasi kedai kopi di Kota Malang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan karakteristik sampel kedai kopi yang dipilih yaitu sebagi UMKM menurut Undang-Undang No 20 tahun 2008. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha kedai kopi di Kota Malang, dan variabel entrepreneurial skills secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha kedai kopi di Kota Malang, sedangkan hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan entrepreneurial skills secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha kedai kopi di Kota Malang.Kata kunci : pengetahuan kewirausahaan, entrepreneurial skills, kinerja usaha

Abstract

The role of steel in the industrial world today is very important, especially in terms of making components related to violence such as gears, fly wheel, axe, and so forth.This steel has a high hardness for components that require hardness, to uletan and resistance to friction. get hardness and resistance to steel hence need heat treatment process using Quenching process. The material of this research is S45C carbon steel with specimen number 1 for hardness test before treatment and after treatment with rockwell test, this process is done in Central Laboratory of FMIPA UM, unfortunate. In this process heat treatment is carried out at temperatures of 800⁰C and 900⁰C with water and oil cooling medium, from the results of comparative analysis on S45C steel before and after the treatment obtained increased hardness. This can be seen from the test analysis in which 93 kgf of hardness n is for the untreated specimens. At a temperature of 800⁰C with a water cooling medium at a crude value of 94.6 kgf, and on oil cooling medium at a hardness value of 92.5 kgf. At a temperature of 900⁰C with a water cooling medium at a hardness value of 93.5 kgf and on the oil cooling medium at a value of 93 kgf. Can be concluded from all the cooling media is the highest media water with value of violence 94.6 kgf.Keywords: S45C Steel, Quenching, Cooling

Abstract

This study aims to explore the market orientation and marketing strategies applied by Islamic schools in an effort to increase the number of new students. Data was obtained using a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study design through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with 15 resource persons consisting of foundation administrators, school leaders, marketing division, public relations and publications as well as teachers. The results showed that the market orientation of Sakinah Boarding School (SBS) is very customer-oriented, proficient in inter-functional coordination and the culture developed in the school is very market-oriented. The marketing strategy implemented covers various aspects, such as the use of social media, strengthening relationships with the community, promotional programs, and the quality of educational services. However, the school has a limited budget for marketing and the lack of understanding of teachers and employees about the importance of marketing orientation in education. This research can be used as a guide for integrated Islamic schools with the Boarding School concept in determining market orientation and marketing strategies and also taken into consideration for further research.

Abstract

Legalitas usaha merupakan aspek penting bagi keberlangsungan dan perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya terkait sertifikasi halal dan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Artikel ini membahas penerapan program pendampingan pembuatan sertifikat halal dan NIB bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Karangduren, Kecamatan Bobotsari, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Program dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan administratif oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan Yayasan LP3H YaBAKII, dengan pemanfaatan situs Online Single Submission (OSS) dan aplikasi SiHalal. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya legalitas usaha, serta telah diterbitkannya NIB dan sertifikat halal bagi 15 pelaku UMKM bidang kuliner. Proses ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, memperluas pemasaran, dan melindungi pelaku usaha secara hukum. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai mekanisme dan manfaat legalisasi usaha melalui sertifikasi halal dan NIB sebagai langkah strategis dalam pengembangan UMKM di tingkat desa.
