Abstract

Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Meulaboh is the only state- ownedof West Aceh district that provides clean water for the residents of West Aceh, especially the residents of the city of Meulaboh and its surroundings. But in its operation the company has not  yet to have a risk management system, so it has  the impact on  the company’s survival and not optimal service to its customers. The study aims to identify risk, risk analysis and risk evaluation, in order to do prevention and mitigation of the impact of risk on each section in PDAM Tirta Meulaboh using risk management system standard ISO 31000. The process steps of risk management based on ISO 31000, starting from risk identification to methods Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS), risk analysis using matrix risk quantification and Risk Priority Number (RPN), and the evaluation of risks by using risk map. The results showed that in PDAM Tirta Meulaboh there were 43 risk events that have the potential business problems, which if they were not solved immediately it could affect the performance of the company, even the survival of the company. Of the 43 potential risks that were logged to the red zone, there were 5 potential risks which occupies the first rank is on productions departement: the defective of production water meter, the defective of distribution water meter and retrieval water by tank car without through the water meter. Branch Kaway XVI: customers are reluctant to pay the water bill and in IKK Rantau Panjang: water meter of raw water was damaged. The Efforts to mitigate against the risk of those 43 events which were logged in the red zone has not been planned and done yet by the management of PDAM Tirta Meulaboh.Key words: ISO 31000, PDAM Tirta Meulaboh, Risk Management.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of service quality, and e-service quality to customer satisfaction, as well as the role of perceived value as a mediator relationship. This study used a sample of 265 respondents who are customers of PT. Tiki Line Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). Sampling technique using probability sampling with cluster sampling method. Structural equation model (SEM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. The result of this research indicate that service quality variable have positive effect to perceived value, e-service quality have positive effect to perceived value, service quality have positive effect to customer satisfaction, e-service quality has no positive effect on Customer satisfaction, Perceived value has positive effect on customer satisfaction , and perceived value mediates service quality relationship to customer satisfaction, and also mediates e-service quality relationship to customer satisfaction.Keywords Service quality, E-service quality, Perceived value, Customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of destination image and tourist experience to the revised intention mediated by perceived value. The sample consists of 150 domestic and overseas tourists who visit and have the intention of returning to Halal tourism destination city of Banda Aceh. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling. Data collection was done through survey by questionnaire method. This study used analytical technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM), which is estimated by Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) is a statistical method selected to describe the observed variables. The result shows that the destination image is not significant to the perceived value, the tourist experience has significant effect on the perceived value, the destination image is not significant to the revisit intention, the tourist experience significantly influences the revisit intention, the perceived value has significant effect on revisit intention, direct destination image to revisit intention mediated by perceived value, there is indirect influence of tourist experience to revisit intention mediated by perceived value, there is influence of domestic tourists smaller than foreign tourists in moderating influence of tourist experience to perceived value, there is influence domestic tourists are smaller than tourists abroad in moderating the influence of tourist experience on the revisit intention, there is no influence of domestic tourists smaller than tourists outside country in moderating the effect of perceived value on the revisit intention.Keywords Destination Image, Tourist Experience, Perceived Value, Revisit Intention,Domestic Tourists and Foreign Tourists, Halal Tourism, Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Objective –This study aims to delve into the factors that impact consumers' purchase intention when shopping on the platform, namely Live Streaming Shopping Attributes, Low Price Appeal, Trust in Sellers, and a Guarantee Return Policy as a moderating variable.Methodology –The research design includes a survey of 170 participants selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using PLS-SEM statistical analysis.Results –The results of this study show that Live Streaming Shopping Attributes and Low-Price Appeal significantly impact purchase intention, and that Guarantee Return Policy plays a significant role in moderating their effects. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights for companies and managers looking to increase purchase intention through live-streaming shopping.Novelty/Originality –This study breaks new ground by using the Guarantee Return Policy as a moderating variable, whereas prior studies have only explored it as a mediating factor.
