Abstract

AbstractEducation is a valuable asset owned by the state after economic prosperity. This is proof that education is deemed important in order to guarantee the continuity of life in the wider community. Humans need education as long as they can feel the positive impact of science and technology. The development of the times also forced humans to live fast and efficiently. In this case, the government began to build cooperation and networks with foreign parties to be able to develop smart city-based governance systems. This system began to run in every government both central and regional. Smart cities are now making almost all countries can make technology as a primary need compared to food and clothing. Many people who actually prefer to add electronic equipment compared to adding other things. Today's technology is always closely related to the education and social life of the people. In some cases, technology will always be accompanied by education. This is because new technological discoveries are based on science and theory, both previous and most recent. This study discusses how the analysis rather than the use of smart education in a smart city frame is more massive and active. Smart Education today is seen as an important unity between smart city and smart education. In this study, peeling widely related to the analysis of the application of smart education systems in smart cities. In Indonesia, there are many agencies or institutions that have become pioneers in the development of public education with information technologyKeywords : Education, Technology, DevelopmentAbstrakPendidikan merupakan sebuah aset berharga yang dimiliki oleh negara setelah kesejahteraan ekonomi. Hal ini menjadi bukti bahwa pendidikan dirasa penting demi bisa menjamin kelangsungan kehidupan masyarakat secara luas. Manusia membutuhkan pendidikan selama masih dapat merasakan dampak positif dari ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Perkembangan zaman pun memaksa manusia untuk hidup serba cepat dan efisien. Dalam hal ini, pemerintah mulai membangun kerjasama dan jaringan pada pihak asing untuk bisa mengembangkan sistem pemerintahan berbasis smart city. Sistem ini mulai dijalankan di setiap pemerintahan baik pusat maupun daerah. Kota pintar saat ini membuat hampir seluruh negara dapat menjadikan teknologi sebagai kebutuhan primer dibandingkan dengan makanan dan pakaian. Banyak orang yang justru lebih memilih untuk menambah peralatan elektroniknya dibandingkan dengan menambah hal-hal lainnya. Teknologi saat ini menjadi hal yang selalu dikaitkan erat dengan pendidikan dan sosial masyarakat. Dalam beberapa hal, Teknologi akan selalu diiringi bersamaan dengan pendidikan. Hal ini dikarenakan penemuan –penemuan teknologi baru didasari oleh ilmu dan teori, baik yang terdahulu maupun yang terbaru. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai bagaimana analisis daripada penggunaan smart education dalam bingkai smart city secara lebih masif dan aktif. Smart Education pada masa kini dipandang sebagai sebuah kesatuan yang penting antara smart city dengan smart education. Dalam penelitian ini, mengupas secara luas terkait analisis dari penerapan smart education system dalam smart city. Di Indonesia telah banyak instansi ataupun lembaga yang memang menjadi pioneer dari pengembangan edukasi masyarakat dengan teknologi informasi.Kata kunci : Pendidikan, Tekhnologi, Pengembangan

Abstract

The research aimed to explain the pattern of social communication on the issue of rejection of the PLTU Batang development policy. It used data on Twitter accounts involved in the rejection of the PLTU Batang development policy. In analyzing existing data, qualitative methods and social analysis networks were used. To see social networks in the rejection of the PLTU Batang development policy, the research used the NodeXL application to find out the patterns of social communication networks in #TolakPLTUBatang. From the results, it can be seen that in the dissemination of social networking information, the @praditya_wibby account is the most central account in the social network and has a strong influence on the social network. The @praditya_wibby account has a role in moving the community through Twitter to make a critical social movement. This means that in the current digital era, democracy enters a new form through the movement of public opinion delivery through social media. Besides, by encouraging the role of online news, the distribution of information becomes faster to form new perceptions of an issue. This is evident from the correlation network where the @praditya_wibby account has correlations with several compass online media accounts, tirto.id, okezonenews, vice, antaranews, BBCIndonesia, and CNN Indonesia.
