Abstract

This research is mainly purposed to find out whether there is influence of using pronunciation bingo game to improve students’ pronunciation at first grade in MTs Alkhaeriyah Kepandean Ciruas Serang. The game is applied by experiment class and control class. The method of this research is true-experiment research. The population in this research is the first grade in MTs Alkhaeriyah Ciruas Serang. The writer took three classes with total number of the first grade are 132 Students. They are three classes, 44 Students from class VIIA and 44 Students from class VIIB and 44 Students from class VIIC. The writer took 60 students as sample and uses random sampling because the writer uses true-experiment method. To analyze this research the writer uses T-test method and to get the data the writer uses observation technique, and test as instrument of research. The observation is to know the students’ pronunciation at the first grade in MTs Alkhaeriyah Keoandean Ciruas Serang, while, test is to know the influence use of pronunciation bingo game to improve students’ pronunciation at the first grade in MTs Alkheriyah Kepandean Ciruas Serang. After having analysis data, there is influence using of pronunciation bingo game to improve students’ pronunciation between experiment class and control class, based on the calculation is know that t table with level significance 5 % = 2,00 and with level significance 1% = 2,65 so tobservation n = 20,34 > t table = 2,00 or tobservation n = 20,34 > t table = 2,65.the conclusion is that the writer reject H0 : to < tt . It means there is no influence the use of pronunciation bingo game to improve students’ pronunciation at the first grade in MTs Alkhaeriyah Kepandean Serang and receive Ha : to > tt. it means there is influence the use of pronunciation bingo game to improve students’ pronunciation at the first grade in MTs Alkhaeriyah Kepandean Ciruas Serang.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to improve students’ vocabulary through make a match method students at Class VIII MTs Al-Khairiyah Kubangsari. This school located on JL. Sunan Bonang, Lk. Penauan RT 02 RW 01, Kelurahan Kubangsari, Kecamatan Ciwandan, Kota Cilegon Provinsi Banten, 42445. The research was held in February 2018. The researcher conducted two cycles about improve students’ vocabulary through make a match method, students’ at Class VIII A MTs Al-Khairiyah Kubangsari in the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018. The total of the students were 21 students. The research that was done Classroom Action Research. It was done in two cycle and each step has four steps. They were planning, action, observing, and reflecting. Result of the researcher’s observation in the class when teaching learning process, there were students’ improvement in cycle II. Students could study enthusiast. The students got better scores in the second cycle than first cycle. The students score in cycle I was 67.14 and the score in cycle II was 81.90 while in improvement of students average score in cycle I and II was 14.76. Based on this result, it can be concluded that make a match method can improve students’ vocabulary at class VIII A Mts Al-Khairiyah Kubangsari. It means that make a match method can make the students easier to understand the text and more convenient and pleasant to study in teaching learning, students can be better in their vocabulary. Abstract

Research on Al-Khairiyah Islamic Boarding School in the field of local curriculum has not been specifically examined. Of course, this is very interesting to describe in the results of education policy research. The Al-Khairiyah Islamic Boarding School has a long journey. It has produced many alumni who can become superior human beings and have an insight into science and technology. The Al-Khairiyah curriculum as a local content that wants to be implemented requires the readiness of the Al-Khairiyah Executive Board. This research aims to see the plans that the Al-Khairiyah Executive Board will implement regarding the Al-Khairiyah curriculum nationally for all Al-Khairiyah branches. This study uses historical methods, namely heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The study results found that the Al-Khairiyah Islamic boarding school should have a curriculum containing Al-Khairiyah knowledge. To support the implementation of the Al-Khairiyah curriculum, writing an Al-Khairiyah book as a learning resource is necessary. In realizing the Al-Khairiyah curriculum, an Upgrade was held on June 17, 2017, as the first step to strengthen the implementation of the Al-Khairiyah curriculum.
