Masa simpan inokulum mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan bibit nilam, semakin tua umur inokulum daya patogenisitas semakin berkurang, pertumbuhan tunas berpengaruh. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama masa simpan inokulum cendawan Synchytrium pogostemonis terhadap patogenisitas penyakit budok dan pertumbuhan bibit nilam. Persemaian stek nilam metoda sungkup telah dilaksanakan di Nilam Innovation Park (NINO Park), 3 variertas nilam Aceh yaitu Tapak Tuan, Sidikalang dan Lhokseumawe. Suspensi inokulum cendawan patogen dengan lama masa simpan yaitu 1, 24 dan 48 jam. Tempat di Laboratorium Ilmu Penyakit Tumbuhan Program Studi Proteksi Tananama . Pengujian dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Atsiri Research Center (ARC), Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam Banda Aceh. Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor, faktor varietas yang terdiri dari 3 jenis nilam yaitu Tapak Tuan, Sidikalang dan Lhokseumawe, faktor ke-2 lama masa simpan inokulum patogen terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu 1, 24 dan 48 jam. Terdapat sembilan kombinasi perlakuan dengan tiga ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah tunas pada tanaman nilam tidak mengalami peningkatan yang tinggi. Hal ini diduga karena infeksi S. pogostemonis telah menghambat pertumbuhan tunas semua varietasnya. S. pogostemonis disimpan pada umur 1 jam, 24 jam dan 48 jam, menyebabkan rata-rata jumlah tunas tanaman nilam tidak mengalami peningkatan yang tinggi, Infeksi yang disebabkan oleh S. pogostemonis dapat menghambat pertumbuhan tunas disetiap perlakuan.The Influence of Long Storage Inoculum of the Fungal Synchytrium pogostemonis on Several Variety of Patchile on the Growth of Patchouli SeedsThe shelf life of the inoculum affects the growth of patchouli seedlings, the older age of the inoculum causes the less pathogenicity and the growth of shoots has an effect. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the long shelf life of the fungus Synchytrium pogostemonis on the growth of patchouli seedlings. Patchouli cuttings with the hood nursery method has been carried out at the Nilam Innovation Park (NINO Park), 3 Aceh patchouli varieties, namely Tapak Tuan, Sidikalang and Lhokseumawe have been used. Inoculum suspension of pathogenic fungi with long shelf life of 1, 24 and 48 hours. Place in the Laboratory of Plant Diseases Plant Protection Study Program. The test was carried out at the Atsiri Research Center (ARC) experimental garden, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam, Banda Aceh. Using a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern consisting of two factors, the varietal factor consisting of 3 types of patchouli (Tapak Tuan, Sidikalang and Lhokseumawe), the second factor was the shelf life of the pathogen inoculum consisting of three levels, ( 1, 24 and 48 o'clock). There were nine treatment combinations with three replications. The results showed that the number of shoots on patchouli did not increase significantly. This is presumably because S. pogostemonis infection has inhibited shoot growth of all varieties. S. pogostemonis was stored at the age of 1 hour, 24 hours and 48 hours, causing the average number of patchouli shoots not increase significantly. Infections caused by S. pogostemonis could inhibit shoot growth in each treatment.
