Abstract

Vendor registration is an online-based vendor registration application designed under the web using a frame work codeigniter and is part of the eprocurement application. Eregistration was developed as an effort to use master vendors in all activities in following the procurement process for goods and service providers to become partners of PT. Krakatau IT. In the Application Development Process, vendor registration uses the Scrum method which aims to complete the speed of development. The implementation of the Scrum method is indispensable in the process of developing the registration which has a medium-scale work scope and is done in team work so that it can be completed for 3 (three) months. This vendor registration development uses a sprint based on workload priorities that will be included in the product backlog. Some of the scrum methods that the researcher will discuss include the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and deliverables.

Abstract

SITMPAS is a Patient Management Information System used by Krakatau Medika Hospital, Cilegon. The features in SITMAPAS include patient administration, Outpatient, Inpatient, Operative Medical Support, Non Operative Medical Support, Service Support, Pharmacy and Medical Records, and Logistics. Some of these features are often disturbed and some functions are not in accordance with user needs, resulting in disrupted service processes, due to the absence of development planning in advance in the face of the current industrial 4.0 era. With these problems, this study aims to design architecture from the business, data, application and technology side using the TOGAF ADM method. The use of the TOGAF ADM method will produce a blueprint document for information architecture systems in the development of information systems to support the needs of the Krakatau Medika Hospital. The application of the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) method is able to identify needs so that it can analyze Fit/Gap and evaluate the SITMAPAS application business process and can propose an imperfect business process, namely the New KHS to produce better performance in targeting organizers from Krakatau Medika.

Abstract

Expert System is an information system that contains knowledge from experts so that it can be used for consultation. The knowledge of the experts in this system is used as a basis by the Expert System to answer the question (consultation). As a manifestation of the participation of the world of health in the development of technology, Expert System is also created to identify respiratory illness in facilitating the work of doctors in identifying the patient's illness. With Certainty Factor method, Expert System created can obtain 70% or more identification accuracy.

Abstract

Temporary Piling Places are used to hoard imported goods while awaiting their release from customs areas in accordance with the provisions of customs law. PT. Polychem Lindo is a company that functions as a TPS (Temporary Hoarding Site) that reports data starting from goods coming off the ship to goods leaving the gate or vice versa. At present the data reported to DJBC (Directorate General of Customs and Excise) is still in manual form even though a web service has been made to integrate the data into DJBC Online TPS, so that information about goods data in real time and monitor its movements from time-to-time.The design of the bridging application system The reporting documents of hoarding of loading and unloading of imported goods with the Online TPS DJBC application (Directorate General of Customs and Excise) is carried out so that the document entry process is only done in one transaction. This research produces a Bridging System program that functions to bridge the two running systems so that the data input process runs more efficiently. Bridging system is the use of web service information technology facilities that allows two different systems at the same time to be able to carry out two processes without interference from one system on another system.

Abstract

Asset management is an asset management in a certain period of time that provides assurance about the value of an asset in currency units and also regulates the minimum amount of expenditure. Because the asset itself contains value and means to the agency, it must be properly managed. PT. Krakatau IT has several divisions, one of which is the Infrastructure division where there are several parts, one of which is the EUD (End User Device) unit which is in charge of maintaining, installing, repairing and changing assets. Activities carried out by the EUD unit of PT. In managing these assets, Krakatau IT still uses conventional methods, namely the process of first making the asset handover form and stored in a filing cabinet so that asset data can be lost or damaged. Asset data processing with conventional methods can make it difficult to produce reports so that the process of searching and recapitulating data takes a long time which results in ineffective and efficient presentation of a report. On this occasion the authors propose to make an information system design application to manage assets in order to be able to present information more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

E-Procurement is a process of procuring goods or services electronically and facilitated by software or a website with an internet connection. An enterprise design model for the eprocurement application architecture aims to serve as a guide in developing eprocurement at Krakatau Steel in accordance with the needs and objectives of the logistics division of Krakatau Steel. The research method uses TOGAF ADM architectural modeling by conducting interviews and observations. And there are several stages that are implemented, namely the Preliminary Stage, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions. The results found in this study are the integration of the eprocurement application with the MM module SAP application so that the goods/services procurement process activities can run as expected. In addition, it can also produce blueprints as the basis for the e-procurement process enterprise design strategy at Krakatau Steel.
