Abstract

Kota Mandiri adalah suatu kawasan yang direncanakan dan dikembangkan tersendiri yang dikembangkan dengan fungsi khusus berkaitan dengan potensi tertentu. Kemudian Kota Mandiri secara ekonomi dan sosial dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya sendiri (paling tidak sebagian besar penduduknya). Selain itu tentunya dalam hal pelayanan infrastruktur dasar juga dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya sendiri, yang salah satunya adalah sistem transportasi umum. Kondisi demikian apabila dari sisi transportasi menjadikan kota mandiri yang seharusnya dapat berdiri sendiri menjadi beban bagi wilayah disekitarnya. Analisis pola guna lahan dan pergerakan memberikan gambaran konsep pengelolaan transportasi umum yang mengikuti bangkitan, tarikan, serta pola pergerakan masyarakat di kawasan BSD. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dalam pengelolaan transportasi umum di Kota Mandiri perlu membangun transportasi internal dan integrasinya dengan sistem transportasi regional seperti BRT, MRT, dan jaringan transportasi umum regional lainnya. Dalam kasus BSD ini integrasi dilakukan antara transportasi internal BSD dengan jaringan BRT Transjakarta dan jaringan KRL Jabodetabek.

Abstract

Berbagai strategi yang sudah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) DKI Jakarta untuk mengatasi kemacetan, salah satunya adalah kebijakan sistem ganjil genap, kebijakan ini berdasarkan Peraturan Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta Nomor 164 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pembatasan Lalu Lintas dengan Sistem Ganjil-Genap. Dengan adanya kebijakan sistem nomor kendaraan ganjil-genap yang diberlakukan dapat mengurangi kemacetan di DKI Jakarta dan diharapkan sebagian besar masyarakat akan beralih menggunakan transportasi umum untuk melakukan aktifitas. Studi ini bermaksud untuk melihat pengurangan kemacetan berdasarkan kebijakan sistem nomor kendaraan ganjil-genap di jalan Jenderal Sudirman DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan volume kendaraan, di ruas jalan Jenderal Sudirman.

Abstract

E-Bike ITSB is a solar powered electric commuter vehicle developed by ITSB since 2016. The first E-Bike ITSB model has entered the production simulation stage which began in 2017. According to the ITSB Product Design Study Center roadmap, E-Bike ITSB must begin to enter the utility expansion stage. One of the potential needs to be met by the E-Bike ITSB is an operational vehicle for security officers in an integrated area. Design aspects that are considered are the usability & visual quality of the product, and user ergonomics/anthropometry. The design method was carried out through analitycal prototyping. Mobility studies are carried out by survey, interview and route mapping. The case study was conducted in Kota Deltamas. The design direction is obtained through perceptual mapping analysis which is used to identify the expected image on the product. The study results show that the second E-Bike ITSB model image is expected to lead to offroad-like – motorcycle-like. The specifications of the second E-Bike model cannot be the same as the first model. The e-bike must be able to go up to 80 km/hr. These requirements change the E-Bike ITSB in body frame, electrical and motor specifications.

Abstract

The integration of public transport has become an essential element in the development of a sustainable transport system. The increase in the use of private vehicles is due to the fact that people have no better options on public transportation. Public transport must be reliable in order to be chosen by the community where one of the criteria of reliability is with services that can reach the travel demand implemented one in the provision of integrated transportation and in this case developed in the Maja New Town. This research was carried out with the method of evaluation of suitability of the function of Maja as an Independent City which is studied with patterns and potential of elevation and attraction to provide input from the passenger travel demand as well as the pattern of movement of passengers in Maja New Town. From the results of the research conducted obtained the fact that Maja is not entirely a New Independent Town but rather a satellite city to serve the needs of settlements for the activities in the area of Jakarta, Tangerang and its surroundings, this is seen from the pattern of traffic of passenger traffic quite large in the movement corridors of Maja – Tangerang – Jakarta served by KRL Jabodetabek Commuter Train. From the public transport service side and in the context of the integration of public transportation, in the Maja New Town this need to be developed transportation feeder for the needs of commuter movement that connects between the station center in the area of the settlement with the station node. Besides, it is necessary to provide public transport that serves the internal area that is also integrated with other node namely Train Station and Bus Terminal with reliable public transportation integration facilities
