Abstract

Abstract: Background : Tendency to utilize natural substances as drugs began to popular society. This is done to reduce the side effects from the use of synthetic drugs. Starfruit leaves is one natural substance that can be used as medicine. One of the properties owned starfruit leaves are as  hypertension medication. In this study, the use of starfruit leaves studied to be used as an  anti-hypertensive drug in dosage form elixir.  Starfruit  leaves  contain  tannins,  sulfur,  formic  acid,  peroxide,  calcium oxalate, potassium citrate.Objective : This study aims  to  calculate the  yield  results  from  starfruit  leaves  by maceration method and making preparations elixir of starfruit leaf extract. starfruit leaves are as  hypertension medication.Methods : This type of research is non-experimental studies conducted in laboratory with  maceration method for extractum. The sampling technique that was used is random sampling. Analysis results are used to  yield the resulting organoleptic and statistical analysts used to calculate the mean, standart deviation.Result : Evaluasion of test results elixir dosage of starfruit leaf extrack (Averrhoa bilimbi L.)  obtaineed : organoleptic have form a liquid solution, the color red, orange savory smell, sweet taste, pH obtained 8 (inclined base), elixir of specific gravity 1,126 g/ml, viscosity 4,59 Cp elixir and elixir preparation tends to clearthe displaced volume of qualified.Conclussion : Starfruit leaves is one natural substance that can be used as medicine of hypertension..Keywords: Elixir of starfruit leaf, Averrhoa bilimbi L, hypertension medication.Abstraksi: Latar Belakang: Kecenderungan  untuk  memanfaatkan  bahan  alami  sebagai  obat  mulai digemari masyarakat. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mengurangi efek samping dari penggunaan obat-obatan  sintetik. Daun belimbing wuluh merupakan salah satu bahan  alami  yang  dapat  dimanfaatkan  sebagai  obat.  Salah  satu  khasiat  yang dimiliki daun belimbing wuluh adalah sebagai obat hipertensi. Pemanfaatan daun belimbing wuluh dikaji untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai obat anti  hipertensi dalam bentuk sediaan elixir. Daun belimbing wuluh mengandung tanin, sulfur,  asam format, peroksida, kalsium oksalat, kalium sitrat.Tujuan : untuk  mengetahui penggunaan daun belimbing wuluh sebagai sediaan elixir untuk anti hipertensi. Juga menghitung  hasil  rendemen  dari  daun belimbing  wuluh  dengan  metode  maserasi  dan  pembuatan  sediaan  elixir  dari ekstrak daun belimbing wuluh.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  ini  non  eksperimental  yang  dilakukan dilaboratorium  dengan metode maserasi untuk penyarian. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Analisis hasil yang digunakan  dengan  organoleptis  dan  rendemen  yang  dihasilkan  analis  statistik digunakan untuk perhitungan rerata dan standart deviasi.Hasil: sediaan  ellixir  dari  ekstrak  daun  belimbing  wuluh (Averrhoa  bilimbi L.) diperoleh : organoleptis mempunyai bentuk larutan cair, warna merah, bau sedap jeruk, rasa manis. pH yang diperoleh 8 (cenderung basa), bobot  jenis  elixir  1,126  g/ml,  viskositas  elixir  4,59  Cp,  dan  sediaann  elixir cenderung jernih dengan volume terpindahkan memenuhi syarat.Kesimpulan: Extrak daun Belimbing wuluh dapat digunakan sebagi anti hipertensi dengan cara dibuat sediaan elixirKata kunci: elixir daun belimbing wuluh, anti hipertensi, Averrhoa  bilimbi L .

Abstract

The commonly activity of hairtail fish catching in waters of Palabuhanratu is used handline. The average of hairtail fish production in this area reaches 174 tonnes per year. One of the things that supported the succesfully of hairtail fish capture is knowledge the fishing season of hairtail fish This research aimed to understand the potential of sustainable resources, the fishing season of hairtail fish, as well as exploitation rate of hairtail fish. This research was used descriptif methods with kind of case study research. Data analysis was used statistic methods, moving average methods and surplus production model with logistic growth function. Management model of trichiurus fish resources based on maximum economic yield, maximum sustainable yield and open access section. Result showed that EMSY was 8710 trips/year while CMSY was 294,92 ton/year, in actually effort was 8370 trips/ year and C was 176 ton/ year . Based on the index was known that the peak fishing season fishing occurs in April. The highest utilization rate during the last 9 years in 2007 which is 109%.
