Abstract

Abstrak. Infeksi nosokomial bisa terjadi di ruang Intensive Care unit (ICU) yang berdampak pada pasien dan rumah sakit. Pasien yang dirawat di  ICU  berpeluang untuk terkena infeksi nosokomial 5-8 kali lebih tinggi dari pada yang dirawat di ruang rawat inap. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan pelatihan dengan tindakan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) perawat dalam pengendalian infeksi nosokomial di ICU RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh perawat di ICU RSUDZA Banda Aceh, teknik pengambilan sampel secara total populasi.  Hasil uji  Chi-Square (CI 95%, α 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan pelatihan dengan tindakan K3 perawat (P = 0,027; RP = 3,46); (P = 0,032; RP = 3,00) dan (P= 0,003; RP = 0,25). Kesimpulan , terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan pelatihan dengan tindakan K3 perawat dalam pengendalian infeksi nosokomial di ICU RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Abstract. Nosocomial infections can occur in the Intensive Care unit (ICU) of the impact on patients and hospitals. Patients who treated in the ICU of a chance for nosocomial infections 5-8 times higher than those treated in the patient care room. This study aims to determine the asociations between knowledge, attitudes and training with occupational safety and health measures  nurses in the control of nosocomial infections in the ICU RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The research design was an analytic review with cross-sectional design. The sample in this study were all nurses who provide health care to patients in the ICU RSUDZA Banda Aceh,  sample was determined based on total population. The results Chi-Square Test (CI 95%,α 0,05) showed that there was a significant association between knowledge, attitudes, and training with the occupational safety and health (P = 0.027; RP = 3.46) (P = 0.032; RP = 3.00) and (P = 0.003; RP = 0.25). The conclusions in this research that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and occupational safety and health in the control of nosocomial infections in ICU of RSUDZA Banda Aceh.
