Abstract

The purposes of this research are to know the corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting for parent and subsidiary companies that used GRI G4 and also to know the difference of their CSR reporting. This research used case study with qualitative approach. The focus of this research is the content of CSR for parent and subsidiary companies that using GRI G4 in the year 2014. Indicators in the General and Specific standard disclosures of GRI G4 are also analyzed in this study. This research found that CSR reporting for parent and subsidiary companies is suitable with GRI G4.  This can be seen from the companies’ reporting which already appropriate with materiality value. This research also shows that there is no significant difference of CSR reporting between parent and subsidiary companies. There is also no material difference about the number of indicators which reported among parent and subsidiary companies. Additionally, the parent and subsidiary companies reported the same indicators, although there are several difference aspects. The parent and subsidiary companies in this research also use the same standard, that is core standard. Keyword:Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting, Parent and Subsidiary Companies, GRI G4 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pelaporan corporate social responsibility (CSR) pada perusahaan induk dan subsidiary yang menggunakan pedoman GRI G4, serta mengetahui perbedaan pelaporan CSR diantara perusahaan tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah isi laporan CSR perusahaan induk dan subsidiary yang menggunakan pedoman GRI G4 pada tahun 2014, dan indikator-indikator yang ada pada pengungkapan standar umum dan standar khusus pedoman GRI G4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaporan CSR pada perusahaan induk dan subsidiary yang menggunakan pedoman GR G4 sudah sesuai. Hal ini terlihat dari pelaporan perusahaan yang sudah sesuai dengan materialitasnya. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat banyak perbedaan diantara kedua perusahaan. Jumlah indikator yang dilaporkan antara perusahaan induk dan subsidiary tidak terdapat selisih yang terlalu banyak. Perusahaan induk dan subsidiary juga sama-sama melaporkan indikator yang sama, meskipun ada beberapa aspek yang berbeda. Perusahaan induk dan subsidiary juga sama-sama menggunakan pedoman standar core. Kata kunci: Pelaporan Corporate Social Responsibility, Perusahaan Induk dan Subsidiary, GRI G4.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting on investment efficiency with information asymmetry as a mediating variable in Covid-19 conditions. This research was conducted on healthcare companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2021. The research sample consisted of 30 companies with purposive sampling. SmartPLS4 was used to test the data. The research results show that CSR has no significant effect on investment efficiency, but CSR has a significant effect on information asymmetry. In addition, information asymmetry does not mediate the effect of CSR on investment efficiency

Abstract

The Independent Entrepreneurship Program (WMK) is one of the government's initiatives to encourage the development of entrepreneurial potential among students. This time discussing the impact of WMK on the growth of the Robi Toast business developed at the University of 17 August 1945 (UNTAG) Surabaya. Robi Toast, which carries the concept of healthy food made from purple sweet potatoes and mozzarella cheese, is designed to meet market needs for practical, healthy, and nutritious snacks. This study uses a descriptive approach to analyze the effect of this program on various aspects of the business, such as marketing strategy, financial management, increasing sales, and forming a partner network. The results of the study show that WMK has made a significant contribution to the growth of Robi Toast, both in increasing brand awareness and expanding the market.This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, consumer surveys, and financial analysis. The results of the study show that WMK has made a significant contribution to various aspects of business development, including increasing brand awareness, product diversification, better financial management, and expanding the marketing network.

Abstract

I nternship is an essential part of the educational process that provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in the workplace. This study aims to evaluate the experience gained during the internship at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UCP Kapasan, which took place from July 8 to November 8, 2024. During the internship period, participants gained insight into the management of Pegadaian’s products, organizational skills, teamwork, as well as communication and customer service. Additionally, the interns gained experience in marketing products and processing customer data. This internship experience helped participants develop interpersonal skills, accuracy, and work discipline. The results of this internship activity provide valuable insights for improving internship programs in the future.
