Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the differences Employee Performance Contracts significantly with Job Performance Permanent Employees. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research or research explanation Comparative approaches or comparative research. A sample of 87 employees of PT.Yanaprima Hastapersada, Tbk. Engineering samples using the formula slovin and for comparison using a proportional formula. Engineering analysis of data used is a descriptive analysis, analysis inferential. Results showed on Employee Job Performance Contract on cooperation indicators showed the highest value while the value of the lowest job performance indicators contained in the quality of work . On the results of Job Performance Permanent Employees the highest value contained in the personal quality indicators while the lowest value in the indicator initiative. Key words: Job performance, Contracts Employees, Permanent Employees. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan perbedaan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Kontrak secara signifikan dengan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Tetap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research atau penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan Komparatif atau penelitian perbandingan. Sampel sebanyak 87 karyawan dari PT.Yanaprima Hastapersada, Tbk. Teknik sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan untuk perbandingannya menggunakan rumus proporsional. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, analisis inferensial, dan uji beda. Hasil menunjukkan pada Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Kontrak pada indikator cooperation menunjukkan nilai tertinggi sedangkan nilai prestasi kerja terendah terdapat pada indikator quality of work. Pada hasil Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Tetap nilai tertinggi terdapat pada variabel personal quality sedangkan nilai terendah pada indikator initiative. Kata kunci: Prestasi kerja, Karyawan Kontrak, Karyawan Tetap.

Abstract

Mangosteen peel can be processing into syrup to immunity increasing and prevent many diseases suffered by the people of Indonesia and abroad. Empowerment of (MSMEs) Indonesian Farmer Groups enterpreneur (FGE), Karacak Village, Cengal Bogor Regency is doing by maximizing guidance and assistance by Stakeholders of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as ongoing to MSMEs facilitate as financially and non-financially. The biggest obstacles are the initial capital as wages for the early stage workers of UMKM, the cost of administering the BPOM and the Halal label. Accordancing with capital business theories is not the end of the business running but it is only part of the smoothly roadblocks. Therefore, Indonesian MSMEs will be continue product quality developing, wider marketing, strengthening of human resources and administration completing to be bigger from home made into a big industry. The new product of Indonesian MSMEs developed by UMKM is syrup (Health Mangosteen Syrup). The difference between Health Mangosteen Syrup with Marjan Syrup and ABC Syrup is the raw materials higher in dosage and non preservative. The Self life of Health Mangosteen Syrup products is doing by traditional trials for one year. In addition to immunity increasing, Health Mangosteen Syrup has the function are weight losing, controlling of blood sugar levels, skin health maintaining, cancer disease preventive, relieving of arthritis, heart health, brain, mental health, and digestive health maintaining. Abstract

Bogor Regency is a part of West Java Province which is quite rich in natural and human resource potential. The dynamic development of the economy, population and education also affects the increasing demand for food products in Bogor Regency. The number of MSMEs in Pamijahan Bogor do not have a halal certificate for the products they produce. Meanwhile, the halal certificate for food or beverage products is very important for the Muslim community, given the fact that the majority of the population in Pamijahan Bogor is Muslim. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis method, with a management tool, namely the Business Model Canvas (BMC). BMC formulations are used for three MSMEs in the Pamijahan Bogor area, namely: (1) Rincik Manik Business, (2) RC Donuts Business, (3) Arema Meatball Business. The formulation consists of nine elements, namely (1) customer segment, where the majority of MSMEs use the mass market, the consumer market (Business to Consumer) and some use the reseller market (Business to Business). (2) The proportion of values, namely having a distinctive taste, using quality and original materials, in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, and a place that is easy to find. (3) Channels, using the Direct system, namely consumers who come directly to the UMKM places, and Indirect, namely through retailers / partners for those who already have partners. (4) Customer relations, namely retention (retaining) customers by making good direct interactions with employees and consumers. (5) Revenue streams, only from product sales. (6) Main resources, consisting of business premises, motorbikes, production and sales equipment and equipment, SIUP, brands, partnerships, and private capital. (7) Key activities, consisting of production, distribution and marketing of products to be sold. (8) Main partnerships, namely suppliers of raw materials and business partners. (9) Cost structure, consisting of building rental costs, electricity costs, raw material costs, employee salary costs, employee consumption costs, maintenance costs, waste costs, and water costs.

Abstract

Pokok masalah dalam skirpsi ini adalah kinerja Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) Khairu Ummah. Dua rumusan masalah yang penulis kaji yakni bagaimana mekanisme kerja, serta efektifitas kinerja DPS di perusahaan tersebut. Ditujukan untuk mengetahui sekaligus menganalisis kinerja DPS apakah benar sesuai pada regulasi sebagai pengawas resmi bentukan MUI, pun perihal pencapaian kinerja pengawasan dalam setiap KSPPS Khairu Ummah. Penelitian ini penulis merupakan penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil yang penulis dapatkan dari penelitian yakni mekanisme kerja DPS mengacu kepada regulasi seperti DSN-MUI. Pencapaian ini merupakan bukti kinerja DPS dalam mengawasi operasional perusahaan agar tetap berjalan pada lininya sebagai badan pengawas resmi. Kendati demikian, DPS pada KSPPS Khairu Ummah, tetap memiliki kelemahan. Kelemahan ini esensinya tidak melanggar regulasi yang ada. Hanya saja, dalam penerapan akad wakalah di khawatirkan banyak ketidak jujuran.

Abstract

Abstract Entrepreneurship and Marketing Training for Ornamental Fish Cultivation in Pamijahan Village as a form of dedication to independence and existence in the community. This service activity aims to provide assistance to Betta fish cultivators, and this training is in collaboration with the Betta Community in Pamijahan District to build a betta fish cultivation and marketing business (Betta sp.). This activity is carried out through the stages of introducing the potential for ornamental fish cultivation, building relationships with ornamental fish cultivators and marketers, and developing promotional strategies in business pioneering, marketing, and alumni business development. This mentoring activity resulted in a pioneering business for the cultivation and marketing of ornamental fish, especially betta fish with the name Exotic Betta. The business that was initiated within three months has shown business prospects with an increase in sales and expansion of marketing areas, both in Pamijahan Village and regencies to areas outside Java Island. Promotion and marketing of Exotic Betta betta fish through online media and social media has made this business unit quickly recognized by betta fish hobbyists. Abstract

Abstract Partners in this Community Service activity are santri at the Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, whose address is Jl. Kp. Cibinong No.12, Kec. Ciomas, Bogor, West Java. This community service activity starts from June 2021 to July 2021 which begins with an audience, a meeting to discuss themes, signing of collaboration and implementing education / counseling. Pesantren as the oldest education in Indonesia is growing rapidly and is big. Its development is not only textual, but also more up-to-date with the times, with the aim of preparing more advanced students or santri, not only experts in the field of religion, but also on governance, which is also encouraged by holding education in Islamic boarding schools. Protection of children has been regulated in law, namely Law No.23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection (PA). The Law has regulated the rights of children, the implementation of the obligations and responsibilities of parents, family, society, government and the state to provide protection for children. The protection referred to, as stated in article 1 paragraph 2 of the CL Law, "Child protection is all activities to guarantee and protect children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop and participate, optimally in accordance with human dignity, and protection from violence and discrimination. Orphaned children, as one of the children's social problems, need an established person or institution (orphanage or foundation) as a place to shelter and develop into children who will later lead the country. Orphans are included in the group of children who are still dependent on more established people (Dependent Children). In this case, people or institutions (orphanages or foundations) that have been established play an important role in helping orphaned children meet their daily needs. Due to the majority of orphaned students at the Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Bogor, it is important to carry out this legal education and counseling so that students know and understand about legal protection related to the welfare rights of orphaned children who are cared for in the pesantren environment. The output that will be produced in this activity is a report on the results of community service, We will look for the steps in carrying out these activities, so that the method can be applied in other places with the same problem conditions. Abstract

Abstract The introduction of a waste bank in Cibitung Wetan Village, Bogor Regency, West Java has been socialized in 2021. This is based on the accumulation of garbage in the village due to the public's reluctance to spend money every month for transporting waste from the cleaning service. The existence of this activity in community empowerment is to strengthen the management of the Waste Bank 'Seroja Kahuripan' so that it has a clearer structure and division of labor, the number of waste bank customers has increased to 57 people, the post for weighing the waste bank with various supporting tools and additional income of around >200,000 -300,000/year/person. The improvement in the skills of waste bank members is felt through various trainings that have been carried out such as: sorting organic and inorganic waste, training on inorganic waste management, especially the use of glass bottles and plastic crackers, training in making processed product packaging, utilizing organic waste by planting nutritious vegetable gardens and managing waste banks. manually and digitized via software. The use of technology as a result of downstream research through computerized waste bank applications makes it easier to carry out waste bank administration which is routinely carried out every two weeks. The results of the partner satisfaction questionnaire show that waste bank respondents are very satisfied with this application because it can help with various obstacles ranging from the transaction recording process, weighing waste, errors in inputting data from weighing results to avoiding suspicion between officers and customer. Abstract

Abstract The creative economy can also be said to be the creation of added value based on ideas born from the creativity of human resources and based on the use of science, including cultural and technological heritage. Cibunian Village, Muara Legok Village has minimal business actors, the average population there only relies on farmers for their livelihood. The purpose of this service is to assist the community in Cibunian Village in processing traditional Kolang Kaling crackers as an effort to improve the community's economy. The implementation of this service uses the ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) method. ESD is a learning method to support sustainable development, which is a type of learning that provides awareness of an innovative and creative entrepreneurial spirit. The programs carried out include: 1) Counseling to improve the entrepreneurial spirit, 2) Training to process traditional Kolang Kaling Crackers, 3) Packaging/labeling training so that packaging becomes more attractive and markets products. The result of this service activity is the growing awareness of the Cibunian village community with an independent entrepreneurial spirit.
