Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan pemerintah daerah. Indikasinyadapat dilihat dari capaian indikator standar pelayanan minimal bidang kesehatan. Pada penelitian akan diteliti hubungan jenisdan jumlah tenaga kesehatan dengan capaian indikator standar pelayanan minimal bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan potong lintang dengan data sekunderserta dianalisis menggunakan uji fisher. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara jenis dan jumlah tenaga kesehatan dengan capaian indikator standar pelayanan minimal bidang kesehatan. Kata Kunci: Indikator, Standar Pelayanan Minimal, Ketenagaan ABSTRACTHealth services is an obligation that must be carried out by the local government. The indication can be seen from the achievement of indicators of the minimum standard of health services. The research will examine the relationship of types and number of health workers with the achievement of indicators of the minimum standard of health services. This study used a cross sectional design with secondary data and analyzed using Fisher test. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between the type and number of health workers with the achievement of a minimum indicator of health service standards. Keyword: Indicator, Minimum Service Standards, Workforce

Abstract

Community Health Centers is one of the leading units in providing health services to the community. Along with the increasing demands of the community for quality health services, the accredited Community Health Centers must always improve the quality of its services. This study aims to find out how the quality of health services is seen in terms of service aspects, staff attitudes, and room conditions and attributes that are considered important by patients to improved. This research is a quantitative descriptive method to the Importance Performance Analysis approach. The study population was registered patients and utilizing health services provided by the X Community Health Center. The sample in this study used a quota sampling technique with 101 respondents. Data collection instruments using a questionnaire. The analysis used is the suitability of performance with its importance to all attributes, then the attributes described in the quadrant Importance Performance Analysis. The results showed the service variables, staff attitudes, and room conditions were categorized according to the expectations of their level of importance. Puskesmas need to encourage officers to be empathetic towards patients who will seek treatment, provide answers to any questions asked, have a patient waiting room equipped with a seat, have a clean corner room, and have a clean and non-slippery floor.

Abstract

Penyakit hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang termasuk tinggi angka kejadiannya di Indonesia. Penyakit ini merupakan pemicu komplikasi penyakit tidak menular lainnya. Kesinambungan penanganan penyakit ini sangat tergantung pada informasi catatan medis yang tersimpan pada rekam medis pasien. Resume medis merupakan salah satu catatan penting bagi seorang pasien. Informasi tersebut selanjutnya digunakan oleh tenaga kesehatan lain untuk merencanakan penanganan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasien. Mengingat pentingnya kelengkapan rekam medis pasien maka salah satu indikator standar pelayanan minimal rumah sakit adalah 100% kelengkapan rekam medis 24 jam setelah selesai pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kelengkapan resume medis pasien hipertensi serta mengetahui hubungan antara jenis kelas perawatan dan waktu pengembalian rekam medis dengan kelengkapan resume medis pasien. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 104 rekam medis pasien hipertensi yang dirawat inap yang diambil secara acak. Analisis dilakukan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan uji chi square terhadap dua variable yang diteliti. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa tingkat kelengkapan resume medis belum mencapai 100%, tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelas perawatan dengan tingkat kelengkapan resume medis, namun ada hubungannya antara waktu pengembalian rekam medis dengan tingkat kelengkapan resume medis pasien hipertensi.
