Abstract

The entire floor cleaning robot is divided into several parts, namely consisting of an Ultrasonic Sensor, Motor Shield L298, Arduino Uno microcontroller, Servo, and Dc Motor. This tool works when the Arduino Uno microcontroller processes the ultrasonic sensor as a distance detector and a DC motor as a robot driver, then the DC motor is driven by the Motor Shield L298. When an ultrasonic sensor detects a barrier in front of it, the robot will automatically look for a direction that is not a barrier to the floor cleaning robot. The distance value on the sensor has been determined, that is, when the distance read by the ultrasonic sensor is below 15 cm. The results of testing the value of the ultrasonic sensor distance found different conditions that occur. In a distance of 15 cm, the condition of the prototype cleaning robot for the road floor cleaning is obtained, while the distance 15 cm, the condition for the prototype of the street floor cleaning robot has stopped.

Abstract

Water plays an important role in the survival of living creatures on earth. The advancement of computerized technology encourages people to make appropriate equipment that can be utilized in various aspects of life, such as ease in controlling the performance of water pumps in the shelter. STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru uses system level switch but there are some weaknesses also in this system level switch that pump will live more than 1 time a day if there is damage to the buoy. In this study will be made a tool that can do the monitoring water height automatically. "Monitoring Water Level Control Arduino Uno using LCD Lm016l" which is able to monitor and control the water level in the Tandon using ultrasonic sensors. The working principle of the appliance is that if the water reservoir is empty or reaches the 20% level, the ultrasonic HC-SR04 sensor will detect the water level and give signal to arduino uno to switch the water tank filler pump and send the water level data to the LCD. If the water reservoir is in full condition or reaches the 100% level, the ultrasonic HC-SR04 sensor will detect the water level and give signal to arduino uno to automatically turn off the automatic water supply pump and transmit the water level data on the LCD, making it easier to control the inventory water.

Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen data penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat (P3M) pada bagian P3M (studi kasus: STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru) masih menggunakan sistem manual. Dimana dosen yang akan melakukan kegiatan P3M, harus mencetak proposal P3M, dimana penggunaan proposal dalam bentuk hardcopy ini kurang efisien untuk diterapkan ditengah kemajuan teknologi komputer saat ini. dan proses pendistribusian proposal calon pendaftar dosen ini dirasa kurang efisien dikarenakan harus berpindah tangan untuk per aktivitas sehingga memakan waktu lama. Kepala P3M STMIK Hang Tuah membutuhkan suatu sistem yang baru agar sistem yang lama dapat diperbaiki. Adapun pendekatan sistem yang dilakukan penulis adalah pendekatan object oriented dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall, serta alat bantu analisis dan perancangan dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Sedangkan untuk implementasinya digunakan beberapa perangkat lunak (software) diantaranya menggunakan framework laravel, code editor menggunakan Atom, paket PHP menggunakan XAMPP version 3.2.4 (PHP 7.3.9, web server Apache 2.4.7 serta database MySQLi versi 5.0.12) dan yang terakhir web browser dengan menggunakan Google Chrome. Sehingga aplikasi dapat memfasilitasi dosen dengan unit P3M dan reviewer secara efektif dan membantu unit P3M dalam manajemen kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

Universal Computer is a business entity in Pekanbaru engaged in the assembly and sale of computers and equipment that do not have a system that integrates well between sales, purchases, and inventory. The recording process is still manual by using the ledger so that the resulting data is less effective and efficient. In addition, the Universal Computer Shop has a weakness in reporting sales, purchases, and inventory that the level of accuracy is still lacking. Entities such as Universal Computer Store will be very good if they have a good information system so that the management of sales, purchases, and inventory in the business will be better. This information system is based on desktop using visual basic programming language .Net and SQL Server 2008 database and information system design that used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and ER diagram for business process to be designed. Information systems are provided for Universal Computer Stores to provide convenience to system users, especially employees, suppliers, customers, inventory, goods, and sales, purchasing, sales, inventory, employees, suppliers and customers. It can be concluded that this application is able to assist the Universal Computer Shop in handling the problem of recording purchases, sales, management, inventory, employees, suppliers, customers making reports on purchases, sales, inventory, employees, suppliers, and customers. Abstract

Government efforts to overcome the high cost of education by providing tuition assistance to underprivileged students in funding education, called scholarships. This scholarship is aimed at students who are economically disadvantaged. Students must have certain criteria that will be assessed by the school in considering their eligibility as scholarship recipients. Therefore, it is necessary to have a decision support system which will be able to shorten the selection time and improve quality in determining scholarship acceptance. the decision support system used is TOPSIS based on predetermined criteria. By using this method, it will be able to produce objective decisions in determining scholarship receipts at Tebing Tinggi Timur 2 High School.

Abstract

Learning Management System appears as a solution to the many problems that arise due to limited time, place and the number of meetings between teacher and student. Learning Management System as a tool in the learning process offers several advantages so that it can solve problems that often arise in the learning process. Based on the limited number and time of meetings, a web-based Learning Management System was built by using the PHP programming language and MySQL Using the Waterfall Model Method. The result has been developed a Learning Management System for SMA NEGERI 1 KAMPAR KIRI HILIR with facilities as a medium for the dissemination of subject matter, media for the distribution of assignments, and as a media for student discussion forums. In this Learning Management System application has 3 admin actors, teachers, students. The admin has the duty as an elearning application manager to manage the application so that it can run well. The admin manages curriculum data, semester years, teachers, students, subjects. The teacher gives the material and assignments done by students, while students will work on assignments uploaded by the teacher and download the material that has been uploaded by the teacher. Learning Management System application as a support for learning activities, because schools are able to carry out learning activities not only teaching in the classroom. By creating learning media through the Learning Management System website in SMA NEGERI 1 KAMPAR KIRI HILIR, teacher and student interaction is increasing.
