Abstract

This study I was Aconducted to see the impact of variable jo busati sfactionuand organizational commitment on employee performance both simultaneously and partiall. The kind of this study is the explanation research using quantitative approach. Sample on this research is number of 80 employees that the employee remains in the sewing section on PT Pei Hai International Wiratama Indonesia. From the analysis it can be concluded lest the performance of employees affected to job satisfaction and organizational commitment amounted to 47.6 % while the rest of the employee’s performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study which amounted to 52.4 %. On the result of the effect of simultaneous hypothesis indicated by the value of Fcount 36.874 > Ftable is 3.113 and the value Sig.F (0.000) a = 0.05 then the results hypothetical partial effect of job satisfaction on employee performance shown by tcount > ttable namely 3.716 > 1.66412 and sig.t (0.000) < a = 0.05. In a hupothesis test conducted in this study indicate that there is significant influence between there variable of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance both simultaneously and partially. Keyword: Work Satisfaction , Organizational Commitmentd, Employee Performance BABSTRAKO Penelitian ini diberlakukan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan dan parsial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan atau explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 80 karyawan yakni karyawan tetap bagian jahit di PT Pei Hai International Wiratama Indonesia . Dari hasil dapat dikatakan bahwa faktor kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan disebabkan oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional sebanyak 547.6 % dilain pihak sisanya faktor kinerja karyawan disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak di fokuskan pada penelitian ini yakni sebesar 52.4 %. Pada hasil analisa disebutkan bahwa pengaruh secara simultan ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yakni 36.874 ³ 3.113 dan nilai Sig.F (0.000) £ a = 0.05, Selanjutnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig. t (0.000) £ a = 0.05, kemudian pengaruh komitmen organisasional secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yakni 3.716 > 1.66412 dan nilai sig. t (0.000) < a = 0.05. Pada uji analisis yang dilakukan telah ditemukan adanya pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial pada kinerja qkaryawan yang disebabkan oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing activities and intangible assets on firm value. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the food and beverage industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, and a total sample of 14 companies is obtained. The data collection technique uses secondary data that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that marketing activities have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, intangible assets have a negative and insignificant effect, liquidity has a negative and significant effect, profitability has a negative and insignificant effect, solvency has a negative and insignificant effect, marketing activities, intangible assets, liquidity, profitability and profitability simultaneously affect the value of the company.

Abstract

Abstract This community service program addresses the suboptimal ri'ayah (physical maintenance) function at Masjid Sirojul Muttaqin, evidenced by poorly maintained facilities and the absence of a waste segregation system, which diminished congregants' comfort. The initiative aimed to optimize the mosque's function through facility maintenance and the installation of segregated waste bins. Employing a Community Service Learning approach with a Direct Service Model, activities included a thorough cleaning, facility inventory, repair of minor damages, and strategic placement of organic and inorganic waste bins. The results showed a significant improvement in the mosque's cleanliness and orderliness. Congregants responded positively, indicating increased comfort. The program successfully enhanced the physical environment and fostered awareness of mosque maintenance. For long-term impact, sustained commitment from the mosque management and congregants is essential. Keywords: Mosque Maintenance, Waste Management, Community Service. Abstrak Program pengabdian masyarakat ini menjawab belum optimalnya fungsi ri'ayah (pemeliharaan sarana prasarana) di Masjid Sirojul Muttaqin, yang ditandai dengan fasilitas yang kurang terawat dan tidak adanya pemilahan sampah, sehingga mengurangi kenyamanan jamaah. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi masjid melalui pemeliharaan fasilitas dan pemasangan tempat sampah terpilah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Community Service Learning berbasis Direct Service Model, kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pembersihan menyeluruh, inventarisasi fasilitas, perbaikan kerusakan ringan, serta pemasangan tempat sampah organik dan anorganik di titik strategis. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada kebersihan dan kerapian lingkungan masjid. Jamaah memberikan respons positif yang menandakan meningkatnya kenyamanan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kondisi fisik masjid dan menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pemeliharaannya. Keberlanjutan program memerlukan komitmen aktif dari takmir dan jamaah. Kata Kunci: Pemeliharaan Masjid, Pengelolaan Sampah, Pengabdian Masyarakat.
