Abstract

The strategic issues faced by Indonesian people include national disintegration and democratization, free-market, democratic economy, and the enchancing of educational quality. This paper will analyze the role of education in facing those issues. The analysis begins from the phenomena existed all this time; and try to anticipate the spread of the national problem. It seemed that all this time, the solving of this problem tended to give less attention to educational aspect, while it was very important and essential to solve this problem. Therefore, we should make any revolution in educational world, have high commitment to and be consistent with the rule as stated in our constitution, Undang-undang Dasar l945, that still far from the good implementation. Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberhasilan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Nagari Pematang Panjang, Kecamatan Sijunjung, Sumatera Barat dengan melihat bagaimana keberhasilan PKH ini dipengaruhi oleh keterampilan pendamping dalam P2K2 dan partisipasi Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan angket berskala likert dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 21. Uji instrument penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reliablitas menunjukkan bahwa instrument valid dan reliable. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin, responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 131 dari total 194 KPM (Keluarga Penerima Manfaat) PKH di Nagari Pematang Panjang. Indikator variabel keberhasilan PKH sebagai variabel terikat adalah tercukupinya kebutuhan pangan, mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pokok, Meningkatnya pendapatan, turunnya beban pengeluaran, kemudahan akses pendidikan dan akses kesehatan, sadar pendidikan dan sadar kesehatan. Sedangkan indikator variabel keterampilan pendamping sebagai variabel bebas (X1) adalah keterampilan membangkitkan kesadaran masyarakat, menyampaikan informasi, membagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman, melakukan presentasi verbal. Sedangkan indikator partisipasi KPM (X2) adalah partisipasi dalam tahap pelaksanaan dan partisipasi dalam tahap pengambilan manfaat. Hasil penelitian membuktikan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan pendamping berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan PKH yakni sebesar 23.8%. Partisipasi KPM berpengaruh sebesar 24.6% dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.00 sehingga dapat disimpulkan partisipasi KPM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan PKH. Terakhir, keterampilan pendamping berpengaruh sebesar 18.7 % terhadap partisipasi KPM dengan taraf signifikansi yakni 0.00. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi keterampilan pendamping dan tingkat partisipasi peserta, maka akan semakin maksimal pencapaian tujuan PKH. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perlu adanya upaya peningkatan keterampilan pendamping terutama dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi dan meningkatkan motivasi KPM untuk berpartisipasi sehingga  dan pada akhirnya berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan PKH. Kata Kunci: Keberhasilan PKH, Keterampilan Pendamping, Partisipasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the following: 1) The effect of work discipline on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Kota Pariaman. 2) The influence of competence on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Kota Pariaman. 3) The effect of integrity on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Kota Pariaman. 4) The effect of work discipline on employee integrity in the Regional Secretariat of Kota Pariaman. The data collection method is a part of the data collection instrument that determines the success or failure of a study. This type of research uses an associative quantitative approach. To get the data needed in this study, the authors used techniques in data collection. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis. The types of data collected in this study were taken from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out by path analysis. Based on the results of analysis and discussion, it is known that 1) Work discipline has an effect on employee performance (Px1y) is 0.232 with a significance value of 0.007. 2) Job competence has a significant effect on employee performance (Px2y) is 0.462 with a significance value of 0.000. 3) Integrity has a significant effect on employee performance (Px3y) is 0.230 with a significance value of 0.009. 4) Work discipline has no significant effect on integrity (Px1x3) is 0.175 with a significance value of 0.096. 5) Competence has a significant effect on integrity (Px2x3) is 0.508 with a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) the outcome of the different learning between student taught by using student facilitator and explaining (SFE) and conventional model and learning outcome by looking from learning interest. (2) the influence of interaction between SFE with conventional models. This research is experimental research (quasi-experiment) with an ANOVA 2x2 factorial design. The outcome of research is (1) there is difference of student learning outcome between student taught by SFE with conventional models, (2) the student outcome who has hight interest taught with SFE  hight more than conventional models, (3) the student outcome learning who has low interest taught with SFE  hight more than with conventional models, (4) there are not an in influence of interaction between student taught student SFE with conventional models.
