Abstract

ABSTRACT : The village is the basic social basis of a country's order, therefore empowering rural communities is very important to support a sustainable economy, performance management through empowerment is the main key in overcoming human resource problems such as poverty, unemployment and social inequality. This study uses qualitative analysis methods, the research data was obtained from literature and field studies in Samirono Getasan Village, Semarang Regency by looking for competent sources, sources of government and private institutions that support and are relevant. Data analysis was performed with a descriptive approach that outlined the facts along with the data obtained at the study site. The results of this study prove that performance management based on community potential empowerment has a significant role in building a sustainable rural economy.

Abstract

Empowerment and management of religious tourism villages is one alternative to overcome the still high economic and social security in Indonesia, given that the village is the frontline in regional economic development, it is necessary to empower communities to advance the economy and prosperity. This study aims to analyze how the role of empowerment and management of religious tourism villages for the socio-economic life of local communities, this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis methods, while the data from this study are divided into two (2) types, namely primary and secondary. The results of this study indicate that the impact caused is an increase in local community income through MSMEs and increased mutual respect, social service, and mutual cooperation.Keywords: Village, Religious Tourism, Community Empowerment

Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini telah masuk ke ruang industrialisasi, sehingga konsep pendidikan hanya bertumpu pada rasional-empiris. Tulisan ini mencoba menelaah fitrah konsep pendidikan yang diajarkan oleh HOS Tjokroaminoto alias Pak Tjokro untuk generasi pada tahun-tahun Pak Tjokro berjuang dan setelahnya. Metode yang digunakan ialah studi literatur dan pembacaan sejarah tentang pendidikan dari abad 19 sampai abad 21. Hasil telaah perkembangan pendidikan di dunia ini (baik barat maupun timur) menemukan bahwa pendidikan tidak hanya sampai pada proses penyadaran saja, tetapi lebih jauh dari itu, bentuk pendidikan yang sesuai fitrah adalah yang diaksikan untuk masyarakat sekitarnya dan atau yang lebih luas, berlandaskan pada religiositas-kebangsaan.
