Abstract

Penggunaan device berbasis Android dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat. Salah satu contohnya adalah aplikasi pada bidang kuliner. Makanan merupakan hal yang bisa dikatakan sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, namun faktanya banyak orang di Indonesia tidak bisa memasak.Para pengguna device Androidbisa mendapatkan aplikasi yang memudahkan untuk memasak makanan cita rasa Indonesia dengan mudah. Bagaimanakah sebuah aplikasi resep makanan berbasis Android dapat mempermudah individu untuk melakukan pemilihan makanan Indonesia berdasarkan kategori tipe makanan, bahan makanan utama, serta lama waktu memasak.Aplikasi yang dikembangkan berbasis Android menggunakan bantuan yahoo query language untuk mengkonversi data mentah menjadi data yang bisa diolah. Perintah dijalankan dengan perintah PHP dan client melakukan request kepada webserver sehingga menerima JSON.Aplikasi ini merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberi kemudahan kepada Android user untuk mendapatkan resep masakan Indonesia dengan mudah. hasil kuesioner pengguna aplikasi dari 20 orang responden ini mulai dari yang tertinggi adalah 90% berkata bahwa antarmuka memiliki tampilan yang bagus, 75% berkata bahwa aplikasi ini mudah dipakai, 70% berkata bahwa aplikasi ini memliki kelengkapan fitur yang cukup, dan 70% berkata bahwa aplikasi ini berguna bagi kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Online storage such Google Drive is created to answer current lifestyle of people all over the world. Nowadays, most people use more than one device, especially for those who lived on advance country. Using online storage, not only their data is safe but also can be accessed anytime online. The thing is most of these people want to have the latest version from a file in all their device. To always keep and update the latest version of file, these people can use synchronization.Because of that, this application is able to do two way file synchronization which is from android device to Google Drive and also otherwise from Google Drive into the android device is made on this final assignment. The method I will use is date comparation, so file with latest modification date will be duplicated to replace the older file. With this method both storage will always have the latest updated file. All synchronization and other processes like compare, upload, download, share, and update will be use based on function Google Drive API. Application will be made using Java version of Eclipse IDE combined with Android Development Tool, because this application will run on android platform devices.

Abstract

Poctory is an Android based card game application which is based on history as its theme. Nowadays, there exist many card games created for Android, but there are not any that are based on Indonesian history or, use NFC and GPS technology. With regards to those problems, this thesis will make a card game application with Indonesian history as its theme, using NFC Technology for building deck of cards and battle matchmaking, also using GPS to pinpoint historical places.Important features in Poctory for instance the use of NFC  to determine deck of cards that are used by players, battle matchmaking using Android Beam, and pinpointing historical places using GPS. Client-side application is developed using Eclipse with Android Development Tools Plugin and SQLite, while its server-side is developed using PHP and MySQL.Based on the tests conducted, Poctory have achieved its purpose to facilitate learning history, made learning history more exhilarating, and also have a uniqueness if compared to other similar application.
