Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah employees’ perceptions of managers’ coaching skill mempengaruhi employees' individual work performance melalui employees’ growth mindset pada PT Valbury Asia Futures Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, employees’ perceptions of managers’ coaching skill berpengaruh terhadap employees’ growth mindset, dan employees’ growth mindset berpengaruh terhadap employees' individual work performance. Di sisi lain, employees’ perceptions of managers’ coaching skill tidak berpengaruh terhadap employees' individual work performance, namun kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan apabila melalui employees’ growth mindset.
