Abstract

Dewasa ini, selain wajib pajak badan, jasa konsultan pajak juga banyak digunakan olehwajib pajak orang pribadi. Jadi, permintaan atas jasa konsultan pajak dari wajib pajak orang pribaditidak lagi dipandang sebelah mata atau diremehkan. Berdasarkan realita tersebut, penelitian inidilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh dari beberapa faktor terhadap permintaan tersebutsehingga konsultan pajak dapat memberikan perhatian lebih pada faktor-faktor yang signifikan yangmempengaruhi permintaan wajib pajak orang pribadi atas jasa konsultan pajak.Dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa persepsi wajib pajakatas pengetahuan perpajakan, super ego motives, pelayanan aparat pajak, dan peran sebagai wakilwajib pajak secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap permintaan wajib pajakorang pribadi atas jasa konsultan pajak di wilayah KPP Mulyorejo, Surabaya. Selain secara parsial,empat faktor tersebut juga secara simultan mempengaruhi permintaan wajib pajak orang pribadi atasjasa konsultan pajak di wilayah KPP Mulyorejo, Surabaya.

Abstract

The development of the need for product delivery services as a necessary facility, even in modern times, many people open online businesses by sending products from one area to a different area. This study aims to determine the effect of Trust and Service Quality on customer satisfaction at Lion Parcel in Tebing Tinggi City. This type of research is quantitative. This study used a sample of 50 respondents. Sampling using incidental sampling technique. The test tools used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t-test, f-test and the coefficient of determination. The test was carried out using SPSS version 25. The results showed that hypothesis 1 tcount (1.031) < ttable (2.0106), as well as a significance value of 0.308 > 0.05 Trust has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. it can be seen that tcount (6.129) > ttable (2.0106), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that hypothesis 2 is accepted, Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. it can be seen that the variables of Trust and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. It can be seen that Fcount 20.467 > Ftable 2.72, and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that hypothesis 3 is accepted, Trust, Service Quality have a joint effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, nilai Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) akan diramalkan dengan menggunakan metode GARCH. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan model peramalan yang tepat untuk memprediksi ISSI dan menentukan tingkat akurasi model tersebut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data penutupan harian ISSI yang diperoleh dari website www.investing.com periode April 2020 hingga Juni 2022 sebanyak 541 data time series. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode GARCH. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam memprediksi ISSI adalah model GARCH (1,1). Dengan menggunakan model GARCH(1.1), ISSI diperkirakan untuk 30 periode berikutnya. Nilai MAPE menunjukkan persentase yang rendah yaitu 1,9%, artinya model GARCH (1,1) mampu memprediksi nilai ISSI dengan sangat baik. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi investor.

Abstract

MSME actors in Sei Rejo Village face infrastructure limitations, low access to digital training, and a lack of guidance, which result in inadequate levels of digital literacy. These challenges prompted the service team to carry out a community engagement activity for MSMEs in Sei Rejo Village, Sei Rampah Sub-district, Serdang Bedagai Regency, to promote awareness of digital literacy and data security. The activity was conducted in the form of a socialization session aimed at improving entrepreneurs’ understanding of the importance of digital literacy and data protection. The session was attended by 20 participants. This community engagement was implemented using a participatory approach through socialization, training, and mentoring methods. The stages of the activity included preparation, implementation, and assistance. This initiative had a positive impact on MSME actors in Sei Rejo Village. The training not only provided conceptual understanding but also practical skills, such as the use of social media for promotion, utilization of cashier applications and digital wallets, and techniques for personal data protection. It also broadened participants' insights on the importance of building consumer trust through secure and professional information management.
