Abstract

Feng Shui and Interior Design are two arts which are closely related with residence. A house is a future saving that people might desire. There are many ways to make an ideal residential home, one of which is employing the principles of Feng Shui. A house that applies the principles of flow-forms Feng Shui on the interior is Mr. Joyo's house located in a residential Regency 21, East Surabaya. This study aims to find out the principles of Feng Shui stream, implemented forms, and to determine the application of Feng Shui principles that shape the flow in Mr. Joyo's residence in East Surabaya. This study uses qualitative deductive method. The study is began by collecting the data through interviews and observations, then looking for the principles of Feng Shui applied to the interior of the house and its application according to the literature analyzing the principles of flow-form Feng Shui on the interior of the house.

Abstract

Building in Makassar Societeit de Harmonie is a Dutch heritage building that was once used for art events. Current conditions because of the passage of time, the building was not maintained and can no longer be used in accordance with its function.The design goals are: Interior design (Revitalization) Arts Societeit de Harmonie which can meet the needs of the community art activities Makassar, maintain the historical value of the Arts Societeit de Harmonie, can be a place or container of artists gathering, and so the building was still known as well as a historical heritage building one characteristic of Makassar. Traditional Art Deco concept of Makassar was taken because the art form of architectural building using art deco style, so that the harmony of the interior of the theater was designed art deco style with traditional decorative elements Makassar. Interior design theme is "Theater of Dreams", which is the desire and hope of the artists in the city of Makassar to have a place to express and develop their artwork. Interior designer (Revitalization) Arts Societeit de Harmonie is based on 4 aspects, that is: Atractive, Comfortable, Entertaining, and Commercial which applied to all space which includes chambers: Theater, Theater arena, Gallery, Lobby information, staff room, office , Café, and Toilet.

Abstract

In general of a restaurant, a comfortness of the furniture is very important for the guess,  because the more comfortable furniture in a restaurant will make more people want to stay. A restaurant must have furnitures that support guess activity when dining, tables and chairs. For the convenience of feeding activity in living together, required an adjustment of furniture so that an atmosphere of togetherness is more pronounced. Ergonomics is the study of human aspects in the work environment are reviewed in anatomy, psychology, engineering, management and design. Ergonomics and comfort wherever and whoever needed because the effectiveness of a person's performance. A research of ergonomics from the view of anthropometric is a group of ergonomic research of working place measurements with a purpose to get a design of work palce that suit with human dimension. The research method that we used is quantitative analysis descriptive. Quantitative is about describe the furniture and user activity, descriptive is a method that describe the event and situation with a purpose of making a basic data accumulation. Ergonomic from the view of anthropometric of the furniture (dining table and chair, salad bar, waiting chair, lavatory, and cashier register) in Pizza Hut East Surabaya is appropriate with standard just there are little differences. From the result of questionnaire, most of the respondent clarify that they already feel comfort with the furnitures.

Abstract

American car Supercar timeless design is said to be due to changes in each generation American Supercar car, definitely will not change drastically from its predecessor and is also known as muscle car because the average American has a super car that had a big cc engine, the paradigm that considers expensive American car products, exclusive and rare, so people are reluctant to visit the showroom, therefore American supercar design gallery in Surabaya is intended to invite the public to know the ins and outs, advantages and quality of American super car. Designing interior design purposes the American supercar Gallery In Surabaya convenient and informative style that has a modern hitech facilities hangout, cafes, spare parts and repair shop. Hi tech style, used for vehicle types Supercar loaded with technology and to highlight facilitate the delivery of information technology. Cozy atmosphere in this design is achieved through the complete facilities and atmosphere of the interior. Because Supercar America is not like a regular car, the use of materials and new materials. Informative atmosphere is achieved through the use of LED display panel and display that shows information bias. Application of shine in the dark theme applied to colors, materials and formations such as the use of finishing an impressive shine and gloss black or dark colors to impress dark.

Abstract

The meaning of Elizabeth Bag Store Interior Design in Semarang is map out Elizabeth bag store interior with design concept be in the form of design ideas, design themes, ideas or themes characteristic and ideas or themes application in bag store's interior. Elizabeth bag store is designed with post modernism style which is contained modern style, colonial style and java etnic. The modern style application in Elizabeth bag store's can be found at simple furniture's shape but elegant and apply materials like glass, stainless stell and gloss finishing. The colonial style application in Elizabeth bag store's can be found at window's design, high platform and chandlier lamp. The java etnic style application in Elizabeth bag store's can be seen at wood texture finishing.

Abstract

Being a trader is not easy, let alone being an entrepreneur, is very difficult. Indeed, the ability to trade or do business is one of the life skills that must be possessed. The reason is, business competence is one of two life skills, therefore each of us must learn it. This community service activity is carried out as one of the contributions of the academic world to people's lives. In principle, this activity is one of the real forms of theory learned during college. The method used in service activities is education and discussion. In the education section, an explanation is given about how to be a creative and innovative person, so that they can become a reliable entrepreneur or trader. Meanwhile, at the discussion stage, experiences from business actors were presented. The end of this activity is to motivate the participants to be able to explore their interests and talents, as well as seek insight into entrepreneurship by looking at business activities that exist in the Community.
