<![CDATA[ABSTRACTMotivation and Discipline of employees can affect the Work Productivity of employees at an organization or company, if the motivation and discipline of employees will be increased, productivity can be increased so that the organization’s goal is reached. From the data that has been collected through questionnaires with 100 respondents of data processed using SPSS declared invalid because Corrected item-total correlation above (0.3) and be variable is declared reliable because Cronbach alpha values above (0.6) Data revealed normal because Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) is greater than (0.05) and declared not occur Multicollinearity for Tolerance value above (0.1).
