Abstract

Sistem temu kembali informasi dokumen teks berbahasa Jawa sukar ditemukan baik dari dunia daring maupun luring. Pencarian dokumen teks bahasa jawa dengan menggunakan sistem temu kembali informasi yang tersedia didapatkan suatu hasil pencarian dengan dokumen terambil yang banyak (recall tinggi) sehingga hasil menjadi kurang akurat (precision rendah). pemeringkatan sistem temu kembali informasi dengan metode DICE Similarity agar user dibuat untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan pencarian dokumen teks berbahasa Jawa. Metode DICE Similarity akan bisa menghitung dan menampilkan dokumen yang ada pada database sehingga antar dokumen memiliki bobot yang berbeda untuk menentukan dokumen mana yang paling mirip (similar) dengan query. Dokumen teks yang terletak di posisi atas akan ditempati oleh dokumen dengan bobot tertinggi hasil pencarian metode DICE. Evaluasi hasil pencarian Sistem temu kembali informasi dilakukan dengan uji recall dan precision dengan model persepsi. Sistem temu kembali informasi mampu melakukan pencarian dokumen dan menampilkan hasil pencarian dokumen memiliki rata-rata recall 0,03 dan rata-rata precision 0,79

Abstract

Pulmonary Hospital dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga is a health service institution that organizes plenary health. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, dr. Ario Wirawan experienced a significant increase so that during administration the patient experienced a long waiting time. The preparation of this research aims to develop an independent registration system so that it can manage long and ineffective queues. This self-registration platform system uses a web-based FIFO (First in First Out) algorithm. The system development stage is the analysis, design, design and testing stage. The method for developing an independent registration platform system uses the prototype method according to needs. While the coding stage of this system was built using the Python programming language with the PostgreSQL database. With the existence of an independent registration platform system, it is hoped that the hospital and patients can be facilitated in the examination registration process and managing patient data at the Pulmonary Hospital dr.
