Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate the industrial work practice program of students of Public Vocational Middle School. The Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) used in this research is supported by data collection techniques consisting of observation, interview, distribution of questionaires, and related document compilation. Data analysis is carried out in line with the aspects which must be evaluated (comprising definition, installation, process, and product) and the evaluation criteria. The research’s findings showed that the program had quite clear regulation basis with installation prepared by the goverment, good process, and has a difference gap allowing correction to be made in the future. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the work practice program at the various industries in Public Vocational Middle School had been implemented properly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the quality of claims services on the purchase of PT loss insurance policies. Sompo Insurance Indonesia. This research approach is quantitative research. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. This research uses the Slovin technique so that the sample required in this research is 78 respondents from the customer population of PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia which is 350 using, then analysis is carried out with the data using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the coefficient of determination test show the value of R Square = 0.605, so it can be concluded that the Claim Service Quality variable (X) influences the Policy Purchase Decision variable (Y) by 60.5% while the remainder is (100 – 60.5%) = 39.5 % influenced by other factors not included in this study. The results of the t test obtained a t-count value > t-table or (10.796 > 1.99167) with a Sig value. < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that the Claim Service Quality variable has a significant influence on the decision to purchase a loss insurance policy at PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to find out how much influence competition has on sales at warung koki street street. The formulation of the problem in this research includes whether price, place, promotion, distribution, people, process and product influence sales at warung koki kaki lima cakung. This research is field research with descriptive quantitative research methods. Primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaire and documentation methods. The sample in this research was 99 consumers of warung koki street street, who then analyzed the data using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests and simple linear regression. The competition variable (x) has a significant influence on sales at the cakung street food stall, east jakarta. It can be seen that tcount is = 2.670> ttable is = 2.024, so it can be concluded that ha is rejected and ha is accepted. Based on the research results by comparing the fcount>ftable values, it was obtained that it was 7.131 > 4.10, which means positive. Meanwhile, a p-value of 98 was obtained in the sig column, 0.011 < 0.05, meaning it is significant. So it can be concluded that competition can have a significant positive effect on sales at warung koki kaki cakung.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate the program of the industrial work practice of SMKN student. The Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) is used in this research supported hy data collection techniques of observation, interview, distribution of questionaires, and related document gathering. Data analysis is carried out in line with aspect to be evaluated (comprises definition, installation, process and product) and the evaluation criteria. The research's findings showed that the program had clearly enough regulation basis, prepared installation by the goverment, good process, and has the differences gap for making correction in the future.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with the title: "The Influence of Consumer Satisfaction on the Income of the Almah Cake Home Industry in Kaliabalng Nangkal, Bekasi City" in 2023. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence consumer satisfaction has on the income of the Almah Cake Home Industry in Kaliabang Nangka Bekasi city. Data collection techniques used methods, interviews and documentation, with a population of 35 people who then analyzed the data using validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests and simple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained an F test value of 9.440 which shows that there is an influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This means that the hypothesis that the consumer satisfaction variable has an influence of 94.4% on the income of the almah cake home industry in Kaliabang Nangka, Bekasi City and the remaining 5.6% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. The results show that the consumer satisfaction variable (X) appears to have t-bit = 3.073 > t-table = 2.034. The variables of service, price, product quality, promotion together have a significant influence on the income of the Almah Cake Home Industry.
