Abstract

In implementation MBS is needed strong leadership, that is have ability move resources to reach study target by applying “Four E’s of Leadership” (Energy, Energize, Edge, & Execution). Implementation MBS needs involvement of all resources that have ability empowering and willingness for used by school chronically by applying approach of quality problem solution (integrated management problem solving). Quality Improvement institute education must began with strategic activity of plan compilation that entangle all stakeholderses that exist in school or stakeholders that can used by the party of school. Strategic plan Compilation school that entangle stakeholders either through internal or external must apply risk management bases on ISO 31000 and biru ocean strategy.

Abstract

This research aimed to know about the implementation of performance appraisal policy lecturer in the graduate program and the impact of policy implementation in the learning performance. data sources obtained from the director of PPs, Assistant Director I and II, Ka.Prodi, Sekprodi and lecturer at PPs UNJ. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation. Data is analyzed using descriptive approach. Research findings to inform you that the performance measurement needs to articulate the vision/mission, organizational goals, and objectives of the organization. Strategies for achieving goals through lecture attendance and dissemination of instruments to students. for the development of measurement systems, the leading commitee have prepared the lecturer performance assessment instruments and processing for field assessment instrument is being done to report the results to the lecturers. Whereas for use of performance measurement information needs to be followed up to make it more effective. In addition to improving performance is highly depend on individual commitment each lecturer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The results of the input evaluation; (2) The results of the evaluation process; and (3) The results of the product evaluation on the policy implementation of Act 12 of the year 2012 on the Program Study of Education Management, Postgraduate Program, University State of Jakarta (UNJ). The research method was a qualitative evaluation approach. Data collected by conducting an analysis of document-based curriculum KKNI to determine the success of the implementation by stages conducted at Postgraduate Program Study of Education Management. The data were analysed descriptively and meaning on any research findings conducted qualitatively. Stages of meaning carried out through the following stages: (1) Data Collection; (2) Data Reduction; and (3) Data Display. Based on the results of input evaluation which performed on the curriculum document, known that the preparation Program Study based on curriculum KKNI of Education Management Postgraduate Program is equipped with a clear legal basis, the formulation of goals and objectives. In the aspect of supporting resources for curriculum development, Progam Study has form data analysis of curriculum results, planned programs and implementation strategies. In the process, learning strategies are divided into two approaches, namely direct and indirect approaches. In evaluating, the results are more geared towards the achievement of the program on implementation of policies based on curriculum KKNI in Postgraduate Program Study of Education Management by a predetermined time phase, namely the achievement during the short-term period (1 to 2 years).
