Abstract

Background: The bride and groom are part of the preconception care program targets. The period before conception for the bride and groom is very important to consider in order to prepare for a healthy pregnancy. Aim of this study is to analize the effect of giving the preconception care booklet on the knowledge and self efficacy of the prospective bride and groom (catin). Methods: The research method used was quantitative with a quasi experimental approach pre and post test without control. with a total sample of 56 people (28 catin), assessing knowledge and self-efficacy using a questionnaire. The intervention given to respondents was education with preconception booklets. Results: The results of the analysis showed that in the pre and post groups both knowledge and self-efficacy obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 so that there was a difference between the pre-test and post-test levels of knowledge on reproductive health and sef efficacy of the prospective bride and groom. This means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Conclusion: Recommendation in this study is the influence of giving the Preconception Care Booklet on the knowledge and Self Efficacy of the bride and groom.

Abstract

Komitmen perawat yang rendah, pergantian yang tinggi, dan kegagalan dalam menerapkan keselamatan pasien merupakan konsekuensi dari meningkatnya beban kerja perawat IGD. Perawat yang bekerja terlalu keras adalah kontributor utama untuk langkah-langkah keselamatan pasien di bawah standar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah beban kerja perawat berpengaruh terhadap seberapa baik tindakan keselamatan pasien diterapkan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Perawat IGD mewakili populasi penelitian. Teknik sampling adalah total sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 33 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada perawat untuk mengisi kuesioner di setiap shiftnya. Analisis penelitian dengan uji korelasi spearman rank. Dari hasil penelitian, usia responden berusia antara 24 sampai 35 tahun, mayoritas responden laki - laki 19 responden (57,6%), status menikah terbanyak sudah menikah 22 responden (66,6%), pendidikan terbanyak D3 Keperawatan 23 responden (69,7%), lama masa bekerja antara 1 sampai 5 tahun sejumlah 18 responden (54,5%), pelatihan patient safety mayoritas sudah pernah mengikuti sebanyak 32 responden (96,9%). Sebanyak 20 responden (65,2%) menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja sedang dan 33 responden (100%) menilai aplikasi keselamatan pasien baik. Hasil uji rank spearman diperoleh nilai = 0,614 > 0,05. Implementasi patient safety di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RS Wilayah Surakarta tidak ada hubungannya dengan beban kerja perawat.
