Abstract

This paper examines conceptually integrated charactereducation related to basic education, both in general/Islamicelementary school. Character education includes a set of valueswhich will be implemented on learning. The alignment betweensubjects becomes the important points in the implementationstrategy of character values for students in elementary education.Some values, such as honesty, independence, tolerance, respectare expected as the character of the learning process. Theimplementation of character education in primary school could bedone with some methods: inculcation, modeling, facilitation, andskill building. The basic subjects such as Indonesian, Science, SocialStudies until citizenship education are designed by an integratedcharacter approach. The role of teachers, education managers,family, community and government is critical in equippingcharacter education in basic education.

Abstract

ISLAMIC EDUCATION BASED ON MULTI-CULTURALISM . The goal of Islamic education is always in line with the objectives of Islam. The Mission of Islam as a mercy for the worlds, will be realized when the Muslims are able to apply the Islamic teaching properly. Islamic education is a media for Muslims to be able to embody the essence of his creation, as abid and khalifah in this world. On the other hand, the diversity of man is an inevitability of life is always there. Diversity, which in this context is often termed as multicultural, is often being the womb of the emergence of problems and social conflict between human being. This is where the function of the Islamic education plays its role in order to equip the students with multicultural attitudes and awareness.

Abstract

Sales increase is an essential factor for telecommunication service providers, including ICONNET, a subsidiary of PLN, amid intense market competition. Companies face the challenge of designing effective marketing strategies without structured customer data analysis. This study aims to apply the K-Means Machine Learning algorithm to analyze and cluster ICONNET customer data in Bangka Belitung, with the expected results supporting strategic sales increase decisions. The methodology employed is Data Mining with the CRISP-DM framework, where the modeling process implements the K-Means algorithm. The determination of the optimal number of clusters (K) was consistently performed using the Elbow Method and Silhouette Score, yielding an optimal value of K=2. The clustering results successfully divided customers into two main groups: Cluster 0, dominated by users of low-value packages (Package 1 and 2), and Cluster 1, consisting of users of higher-value packages (specifically Package 5). This segmentation provides a basis for ICONNET to formulate differentiated service strategies and targeted marketing offers tailored to the characteristics and preferences of each customer segment, which directly supports operational efficiency and long-term business growth.
