Abstract

A book is not only a collection of papers that is written in word, but it is the message of life that could affect anyone who interacted with it, in accordance with the writer motivation and the reader condition. Ths article tries to study briefly how condition of the reader interacts with the book in the scope of humanity. yhe discussions through literature investigation and the writer experience personally are found in this article with many examples to make any closer to the topic that is discussed in the article.

Abstract

Abstract: Career decision-making is an important task for teenagers, but not all teenagers were able to pass this task successfully, this condition is known in the theory of career indecision. This research aims to reduce the inability of the student career decision-making in the form of career decision-making training through psychoeducation group. For the purpose of this study was designed using Solomon Four Group. Population is all students of class X SMAN 1 Madiun. This research data analysis using independent sample t test with a level of 95%. Abstract

Abstract: This aim is to find career indecision model based on gender differences. Theoretically, model shows variables of gender roles, family support, career decision making self-efficacy, and willingness affect on career indecision results in both gender groups. Questionnaire was used to collect the data and the samples were 120 male and 260 female. Then the data was analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Then those indicated that there is distinguishes models on career indecision either male or female. Gender roles and family supports are not dominant factor that affect career indecision for male. While for female, career indecision is affected by gender roles and family supports. In addition, family supports affect the females’ willingness directly and in contrary with male. Then, this study suggests taking to heart on students’ cultural conditions when consulting students’ career.

Abstract

Abstract: As human being do not be quit of communicate with others, where he represent the core of from social interaction which various intention and pattern consist in it. Old fellow communications with its child will differ in comparison with communications a lecturer with its student. So also will differ also its meaning of communications conducted by politician with its constituent is compared to communications conducted by a counselor with its client. Last type communications become emphasis in this article in the effort articulating communications when brought to domain of counseling. Its meaning will far leave for behind with communications between reporter with its resource person. Although both of the same is using of communications with interview, but communications of counseling not even look for fact about this topic of that studied, but also deeper than meant to communicate itself candidly is, open, esteeming is human of client, which is on its innings for the shake of its problem of faced by client as target of early strarting of a process of counseling. In this article, writer try to deepen farther mean communications of counseling from some approach in theory of counseling, owning elementary difference see communications process of counseling, although them agree about is important of meaning him a communications of counseling. Keywords: Komunikasi, Konseling dan Interaksi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara peran gender, dukungan keluarga, efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir, dan harapan hasil  terhadap career indecision siswa SMA. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 280 siswa dan dianalisis dengan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga, efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir, dan harapan hasil berpengaru langsung yang signifikan dan negatif terhadap career indecision, sementara peran gender berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap carer indecision. Dukungan keluarga melalui efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir dan harapan hasil, peran gender melalui efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir dan harapan hasil, dan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir melalui harapan hasil berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap career indecision. Peran gender ditemukan tidak berpengaruh pada harapan hasil dan career indecision melalui harapan hasil. Direkomendasikan bagi konselor untuk melakukan layanan konsultasi bagi orang tua dalam rangka mengurangi tingkat career indecision siswa.

Abstract

Abstract:Self-image is the result of the process of forming the environment. Women who wear the veil (cadar) are considered to be oppressed, terrorists, or others stigma. Something important to do is to deeply understand what is inside these veiled women about themselves and what other people respond to about them. To find the answer, the study uses a qualitative approach with the phenomenological method. They obtain data using in-depth interview techniques, which are then analyzed using a four-step system Jonathan A. Smith. From the data collection, it was found that the respondents decided to use the veil based on their beliefs, family, and peers. However, the mixed views expressed by family and society were respondents expressed pride and happiness by wearing the veilKeyword: self image, woman, cadar, phenomenologyAbstrak: Citra diri merupakan hasil dari proses pembentukan lingkungan. Wanita yang menggunakan cadar oleh lingkungan disituasikan sebagai orang yang tertindas, teroris atau stigma lain. Sesuatu yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah memahami secara mendalam tentang apa yang ada dalam diri wanita bercadar ini tentang diri dan tentang apa yang direspon oleh orang lain tentang diri mereka. Untuk menemukan jawaban dari hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Untuk mendapatkan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan empat langkah dari Jonathan A. Smith. Dari pengumpulan data ditemukan bahwa responden memutuskan menggunaan cadar berdasarkan atas panggilan keyakinan, keluarga, dan teman sebaya. Pandangan beragam yang diekspresikan oleh keluarga dan masyarakat, meskipun demikian, responden mengungkapkan kebanggaan dan kebahagiaan dengan mengenakan cadar.Kata kunci: Citra diri, perempuan, cadar, fenomenologi

Abstract

A healthy mentality will produce productive humans. However, mental health does not stand alone, there are many factors that influence it, one of which is parenting at an early age. This study aims to explore the views of counseling schools in explaining the importance of parenting in achieving mental health. This research method uses literature review. The results of the study show that the three schools of counseling differ in understanding the terms mentally healthy and mentally disturbed and differ in terms of the causal factors. Even though they differ in several ways, they agree that early childhood care is important to shape their mental health in the next phases of development
