Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kegiatan eduwisata di Pesantren Entrepreneur Al Mawaddah Honggosoco Jekulo Kudus dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal santri, dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung serta penghambatnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, dengan teknik pengambilan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan  pertama, Peran Pesantren Entrepreneur Al Mawaddah dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal santri melalui kegiatan eduwisata dirancang dengan konsep yang matang. Bagi santri, di dalamnya terdapat rangkaian kegiatan seperti menjadi trainer dan menjadi tour leader sehingga dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal  atau kecerdasan sosial santri. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan mengorganisasikan kelompok, merundingkan pemecahan masalah, menjalin hubungan, dan menganalisis sosial. Kedua, Faktor pendukung dan penghambat baik faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal; keaktifan santri dan semangat santri, sedangkan faktor eksternal; fasilitas dan motivasi dari pihak pengasuh.The purpose of this study was to see the role of educational activities in the Al Mawaddah Honggosoco Jekulo Kudus Entrepreneur Islamic Boarding School in increasing the interpersonal intelligence of students, and to see the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method, the data used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study can replace the first time, the role of the Entrepreneurship Islamic Boarding School Al Mawaddah in increasing the interpersonal intelligence of students through educational activities designed with a mature concept. For students, it includes a series of activities such as being a trainer and becoming a tour leader so that it can improve students' interpersonal intelligence or social intelligence. This is evidenced by the ability to organize groups, negotiate problems, establish relationships, and analyze socially. Second, factors supporting and inhibiting, internal and external factors. Internal factors come from, the activeness of the students and the spirit of the students, while external factors ; facilities and motivation from the caregiver.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the deradicalization strategy in religion through strengthening the understanding of Pancasila in the context of Islamic Education at Islamic boarding madrasahs in Central Java. This study involved Madrasah-Pesantren/Madrasahs-Islamic Boarding schools (MP) in the North Coast (Pantura) Region of Central Java, including Madrasah Aliyah (MA) al-Wathoniyah Semarang, MA Qudsiyyah Kudus, MA al-Hidayah Kudus, MA al-Hidayat Lasem Rembang, and MA al-Anwar Sarang Rembang. By employing a qualitative approach through interview and observation data collection methods, this study revealed that the government of the Republic of Indonesia's religious deradicalization program requires support from Islamic boarding schools. One of them is the conceptual support that makes the program effective, referring to deradicalization through Islamic Education (PAI). This deradicalization process is carried out through strengthening Pancasila values integrated through PAI. It is based on the style of radicalism, especially among Muslims who question the national principle's validity of Pancasila in the name of Islam. Pancasila is considered a secular ideology and even kafir because it did not depart from God's revelation. Indeed, this judgment is baseless because the first principle is Belief in the Almighty God, reflecting the value of tawhid. With the existence of tawhid in Pancasila, this national principle is religious in nature, even comprising tawhid. This religious dimension introduction is carried out through Islamic Education in Madrasah-Pesantren (MP) to protect students (santri) and students from the radicalism virus.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Metode Yanbu’a Dalam Meningkatkan Kefasihan Membaca Al-Qur’an Di Pondok Pesantren Darul Rachman Kajan Krandon Kudus. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama, Implementasi metode Yanbu’a di Pondok Pesantren Darur Rachman sesuai dengan Visi dan Misi Pondok Pesantren yaitu, Terciptanya santri yang sholeh dan alim dalam masalah diniyyah serta intelek dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman serta dengan misi Menempa santri dalam hal penguasaan diniyyah. Kedua, faktor pendukung keberhasilan implementasi metode Yanbu`a adanya dukungan dari pihak pondok pesantren dalam menerapkan metode Yanbu’a; faktor Keinginan serta motivasi santri untuk bisa dan menguasai bacaan Al-Qur’an secara baik dan benar; lingkungan yang menunjang terlaksananya penerapan metode Yanbu’a di pondok pesantren Darul Rachman. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu pihak pesantren ketika menerima santri baru tidak ada seleksi atau tes baca Al-Qur’an untuk menjadi tolak ukur apakah santri baru itu layak masuk atau bisa diterima atau tidak; kurangnya kegiatan tadarus rutin yang bertujuan sebagai sarana santri dalam mendalami dan memperlancar bacaan Al-Qur’an; faktor dari pribadi santri yang belajar Al-Qur’an tanpa diawasi oleh ustad atau guru yang kompeten; dan santri kurang memiliki kesadaran  bahwa untuk bisa membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan kewajiban bagi seorang muslim. AbstractThis study aims to determine the implementation of the Yanbu'a method in increasing fluency in reading the Qur'an at the Darul Rachman Kajan Krandon Kudus Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: first, the implementation of the Yanbu'a method at Darur Rachman Islamic Boarding School in accordance with the Vision and Mission of the Islamic Boarding School, namely, the creation of sholeh and pious santri in the problem of diniyyah and intellect and adaptive to the times and with the mission of forging students in terms of Diniyyah mastery. Second, the supporting factors for the successful implementation of the Yanbu`a method are the support from the boarding schools in implementing the Yanbu'a method; the desire and motivation factor of the students to be able to and master the recitation of the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly; an environment that supports the implementation of the Yanbu'a method in Darul Rachman Islamic boarding school. The inhibiting factor is that when the pesantren accepts new students, there is no selection or reading test of the Al-Qur'an to become a benchmark for whether new students are eligible to enter or can be accepted or not; the lack of routine tadarus activities which aim as a means for students to deepen and expedite the reading of the Al-Qur'an; the personal factor of the santri who learns the Qur'an without being supervised by a cleric or a competent teacher; and students lack the awareness that being able to read the Al-Qur'an is an obligation for a Muslim.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the legal status of the guardian of marriage for the father of the incest against the biological child. This study is limited to a review of four schools and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). This study is a library research, which is to examine several basic and secondary references to discuss the subject matter of the study. The results of this study state that guardian marriage is one of the pillars of marriage and there is no marriage if there is no guardian. A marriage is considered invalid if there is no guardian who allows the bride to leave the bridegroom. Thus the presence of guardians in marriage can play a role in protecting women from possible disadvantages in their marital life. As for the marriage guardian, it is regulated in Article 19 to Article 23 Compilation of Islamic Law. Imam Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali argue that guardians are a legitimate condition of a marriage, while Imam Abu Hanifah argues that a woman may marry herself without a guardian. The legal basis of the opinions of Imam Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali are several hadiths. The opinion of Imam Abu Hanifah based on the hadith of the Prophet narrated by Bukhari and Muslim from Ibn Abbas r.a.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to discuss the value of education and environmental conservation in the Islamic view. The discussion of environmental conservation is factual and contextual. This will be more interesting if viewed from the view of Islam. The environment in Islam with variants pivots the awareness that everything is God's and should be used for the purposes that God has set forth. This is indeed the essence of the manifestation of a servant's gratitude towards the favors given by the creator. Man as the holder of the mandate (khalîfah Allâh fî al-ardh) is commanded to use the mandate of the management of the earth and its contents in the framework of obedience to Allah subhanahu wata'ala. Keywords:Value Of Education, Environmental Conservation, Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of Fiqh teachers on changes in Khilafah material, radicalism in material content, and learning strategies for Khilafah material. The methodology employed in this research was a qualitative approach using a multistrategy, namely interviews, documentation, and observation. This study’s results revealed that at the first point regarding teachers’ perceptions of the policy, they tended to agree that there were several suggestions at the level of academic concepts, such as the need to be given a special space for Fiqh Siyasah content. Second, in the Khilafah material at Minister of Religion Decree (Keputusan Menteri Agama, KMA) Number 165 of 2014, absolutely no elements lead to radicalism. It all depended on how the teacher taught it. On the third point, it is more in the nature of adapting to the context in which Indonesia stands through discussion forums, is not rigid in using learning resources, and accommodates learning resources for the Qur’an and Hadith, Ijma’, Qiyas, Istihsan, Istishab, Maslahah Mursalah, ‘Urf, and some under the context of the Fiqh learning material.

This study aims to determine the perception of Fiqh teachers on changes in Khilafah material, radicalism in material content, and learning strategies for Khilafah material. The methodology employed in this research was a qualitative approach using a multistrategy, namely interviews, documentation, and observation. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the strategy for developing the Seribu Batu Semliro tourist attraction in Rahtawu Village. The Thousand Stones Semliro Tourist Attraction is one of the tourist attractions on the slopes of Mount Muria, Kudus Regency, namely in Rahtawu Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data sources originating from observations, interviews and documentation. The research results show that promotional activities are still lacking and tourist attractions are far from urban areas. The results of the SWOT analysis are as follows: 1) strength, namely the uniqueness of this tourist spot in the highlands of the Kudus area; 2) weakness, namely the factor that the road access to the Seribu Batu Semliro tourist attraction is still not good; 3) opportunity, namely revitalizing the economy of the surrounding community; 4) threats, which are prone to landslides during the rainy season which results in a lack of visitors. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the branding strategy is the most appropriate to use for developing the Seribu Batu Semliro tourist attraction.
