Abstract

This study examines the effect of safety leadership and safety climate on safety behavior . The samples in this study were employees of PT Bentoel International Investama in Surakarta . As for the respondents in this study were employees engaged in work activities in the company and can provide the information needed in the study and be willing to be the respondent . This survey respondents totaled 126 respondents of 150 employees . The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling , whereas the technique used was convenience sampling . Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis . Based on the analysis of the results obtained : 1 ) safety leadership have influence on safety behavior , 2) safety climate has an influence on safety behavior . Advice can be given to the company is the company must maintain and increase safety leadership and safety climate within the company . Due to a leader who has the attitude motivating , thoughtful , and pay attention to the safety of employees as well as the atmosphere of safety will be able to influence the behavior of employees safety . This will create a positive climate within the company that will ultimately reduce the incidence of workplace accidents , improve employee performance and automatically will also benefit the company . Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attitude, motivation, and environment on entrepreneurial intentions. The sample of this study were active undergraduate students (S1) of tertiary institutions in the Sukoharjo Regency. With the number of respondents 86 people. The analytical tool used to determine the effect between the independent and dependent variables using SPSS. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the variables of attitude, motivation have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Meanwhile, environmental variables do not significantly influence to entrepreneurial intentions. Keywords: attitude, motivation, environment, and entrepreneurial intention

Abstract

The problem currently facing Indonesia is unemployment which continues to increase due to limited job opportunities. One thing that can be done to overcome this is by providing entrepreneurial activities. This research is to explore problems regarding factors that can influence interest in entrepreneurship among vocational school students in Soloraya, namely Entrepreneurship Education, Self-efficacy, Advertising Intelligence & Locus of Control. This research aims to establish the theory of planned behavior, especially to explain the role of self-efficacy, adversity intelligence & interest in entrepreneurship. This research involved 316 vocational school students studying in Soloraya which showed that entrepreneurship education, adversity intelligence and locus of control had no effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, self-efficacy is able to influence students' interest in entrepreneurship in vocational schools throughout Solo Raya. This research was tested using the smart PLS analysis.

Abstract

Instead of being in good condition when experiencing a demographic bonus, it turns out that Indonesia has not been able to maximize this factor and is still hampered by unemployment and the government is always encouraging the formation of new entrepreneurs. This research examines the factors that can influence entrepreneurial intentions among students in Soloraya, namely parental support, income expectations, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial motivation which have a dual role as direct influences and mediation. The current research aims to harmonize the theory of planned behavior to explain the role of parental support, income expectations and entrepreneurial motivation in current conditions. This research involved 250 students spread across several universities in Solo and analyzed the data using smart PLS. The results found in this research were that all the variables studied were able to influence students' entrepreneurial intentions in Solo Raya.
