Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika dan Kimia. Tujuan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yaitu meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Cimahi. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, Subjek penelitian adalah kelas XI Kimia B sebanyak 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data penilaian proses pembelajaran dengan lembar observasi , tes ulangan dan dokumen kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) menunjukan peningkatan secara signifikan. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh kesiapan guru dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran sehingga menarik siswa untuk belajar secara aktif , bekerjasama secara cooperative , disiplin, percaya diri, saling gotong royong , peduli dan tanggung jawab.Kata Kunci: discovery learning, cooperative learning, prestasi belajar Abstract: This research is motivated by the low student achievement in Mathematics and Chemistry subjects. The purpose of School Action Research (PTS) is to improve student learning achievement at SMK Negeri 2 Cimahi. The study was conducted in two cycles, the research subjects were class XI Chemistry B as many as 36 students. Data collection techniques Evaluate the learning process with observation sheets, tests and documents of learning activities. School Action Research Results (PTS) showed a significant increase. This success is supported by the readiness of the teacher in developing learning strategies so as to attract students to active learning, support cooperatives, discipline, self-confidence, mutual understanding, care and responsibility.Keywords: discovery learning, cooperative learning, learning achievement
