Abstract

The development and progress of the times marked by the advancement of science and technology implications for the structure and mechanism of human life in all lines and dimensions. This fact as well as a challenge, especially in the administration and management of education, including Islamic education. Islamic education is required to transform both institutional and individual, especially for teachers as an important actor in the world of education. The teachers are required to make changes with regard to the approach, strategy and methods applied in the learning activities. There were many theories and learning approaches offered by educational experts. Among them is a fun approach to learning. Truly a fun learning approach in the perspective of Islamic education is not a new thing. But already there and has been practiced since the time of the beginning of Islamic education. As illustrated by the hadith of the Prophet SAW stated; "Give convenience and do not complicate, announce and do not be scared, so they run away leaving you." In this paper, the author tries to discover the truth about the degree and the hadith is doing "Takhrij" against hadith. It is expected that through this paper, has established for us, especially the teachers to make learning fun as a principle in the election and penerapapan various strategies and methods in learning activities.

Abstract

Teachers play a leading role and occupy a very crucial position in the world of education, especially education organized formally in both schools and madrasah. Therefore, the constitutional existence of teachers has been regulated in Law no. 14 of 2005 on teachers and lecturers. The law requires a number of teacher competencies as professional educators. Although formally the teacher is regarded as a professional educator, but in practice in the field various types and behavioral models presented by the teacher in realizing the duties and responsibilities of his profession as a teacher is mainly reflected in the learning activities in the classroom. There are behavioral behavior of teachers who are stagnant even tend to decline and there is also the behavior of teachers who experience improvement and progress. The latter is what is referred to as progressive professional behavior.
