Abstract

This research is located in the Management Study Program located in Pekanbaru and the Management Study Program Batam International University. The research began in June to December 2017, this research is motivated that students experience stress as demands of academic life that must be undertaken, including activities outside academic activities including socializing and adjust to fellow students who have different characteristics and backgrounds, these conditions become stressors for students when completing the final project / thesis. The conclusion in this study from the Analysis of Researchers Internal Factors which tends to cause Academic Stress Management Study Program UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau and Batam International University Management Study Program namely Internal Factors such as: Ability and Intelligence are not well developed such as Visual Ability, Verbal Ability and Ability Numerical and Conceptual Ability While External Factors which tend to cause Academic Stress Students of Management Study Program of UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau and Batam International University Management Study Program, namely External Factors such as: Procedure System for submission of Thesis Title Proposals is considered difficult for students because they have to pass the Originality and Majority Study Program of Syarif Kasim Riau Study Program and Batam International University Management Study Program. Student Work. Suggestions Students should apply "Problem focused coping" more focused on solving the problem, Students should be able to Emotion-focused coping more focused on controlling emotional responses, Of course the most important thing is to increase Spiritual Questions (Faith and Taqwa) To Allah SWT.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in mature growing very rapidly, Islamic banking is considered as an alternative option for people who want to trade in sharia, Islamic banks are present in the community began in 1992, andthe institution until 2017 there were 12 Islamic banks, 22 Sharia Islamic rural banks and 155 units BPR in Indonesia, a very tight competition in the banking industry led to a strategy that should be done by the banking system. BRI Syariah Batam as a new Islamic bank in the Islamic banking industry and nationally are expected to compete for the national market share.The purpose of this study whether strategy should BRI Syariah Batam in order to be able to compete Kepualauan Riau, To know the strategies that should be used by the author using SWOT 8 Quadrant.From the results of research by analyzing the internal and external corporate Batam found that BRI Syariah expected to apply aggressive growth strategy by way of market penetration, market development and product development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlokasi pada Panti Pijat yang tersebar pada Delapan Kecamatan di Kota Pekanbaru, penelitian ini berlangsung dari bulan Juli sampai selesai Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya Panti Pijat yang hadir Pasca Penutupan Lokalisasi Teleju yang di “Bersihkan “ Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru pada tahun 2009 di era Pemerintahan Bapak Drs.H Herman Abdullah, MM sebagai walikota. Penelitian ini bertujuan Bagaimana Dampak Penutupan Lokalisasi Teleju Terhadap Maraknya Panti Pijat di Kota Pekanbaru dan Bagaimana Implikasi Kehadiran Panti Pijat tersebut terhadap Keresahan Masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru Data yang Penulis dapatkan di Lapangan terdapat 147 Panti Pihat yang tersebar di Kota Pekanbaru,baik Panti Pijat Tradisional maupun Panti Pijat Moderen yang terkenal dengan anama SPA dan Massage, Panti Pijat terbanyak ada di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai dan Panti Pijat dengan Perkenbangan tercepat ada di Kecamatan Tenayan Raya,Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, dimana Panti Pijat di Kota Pekanbaru tumbuh seperti jamur dimusim hujan, dan mayoritas Panti Pijat di Pekanbaru tidak memiliki Izin Resmi dari Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru,dari 147 Panti Pijat hanya 11 Panti Pijat yang mengantongi izin Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru ,dan Kehadiran Panti Pijat di Kota Pekanbaru menimbulkan Keresahan di Masyarakat karena Banyak tindak kriminal yang terjadi seperti Pemuda yang sering berkumpul dan mabuk-makukan di sekitar panti Pijat serat menjadi tontonan anak-anak dibawah umur.

Abstract

Principal focus this Research is study deeper about execution of countryside governance [in]Countryside of Foreland of District of Koto of Kampar of Pate; Upstream of Kampar Sub-Province inorder to realizing countryside autonomy, but practically countryside governance not yet can be realized effectively and efficient. Its form [is] countryside governance not yet seen from ability from Countryside of Foreland of District of Koto of Kampar of Pate; Upstream of Kampar Sub-Province, in managing finance of countryside and countryside institute, what not yet measure up to the independence in the countryside governance execution. Implementation from Number Law 32 Year 2004 in realizing countryside governance in Countryside of Countryside of Foreland of District of Koto of Pate; Upstream Kampar, goods have of course get various resistance. As for resistance which researcher find in executing countryside governance[in] Countryside of Countryside of Foreland of District of Koto of Pate; Upstream Kampar is not yet made available of good human resource ability and professional, finance which not yet adequate, availibility of equipments and facility which still minim and execution of governance management which uncommitt better. This matter cause its form not yet otoomi countryside, specially [in] Countryside of Countryside of Foreland of District of Koto of Pate; Upstream Kampar.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Management S1 Study Program of UIN Suska Riau and the S1 Management Study Program of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This study used a comparative method comparing two symptoms on different objects, in this study the number of samples was 96 respondents, each 48 samples were students. S1 Management study program at UIN Suska Riau and 48 samples were students from the S1 Management study program at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, R2 (R Square) students in Management S1 study program 0.490 or 49% and R2 (R Square) students in UIN Management S1 study program Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The suggestion in this study is that UIN Suska Riau students should be wiser in using internet facilities and it is better if the internet addiction of UIN Bandung students is used to increase learning motivation and for business activities such as online business which is very interesting in business prospects in the current digitalization era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship motivation and interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship learning and interest in entrepreneurship, the use of social media and interest in entrepreneurship. This study uses quantitative research methods with explanatory research types. The use of quantitative methods with the type of explanatory research was carried out with the aim of knowing how much influence there is between the independent variables in the form of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial learning and the use of social media on the dependent variable, namely interest in entrepreneurship. 230 students. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and documentation. The distribution of the questionnaire was used to measure the effect of the independent variables consisting of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial learning, and the use of social media on the dependent variable, namely students' entrepreneurship. This questionnaire was distributed online via WhatsApp to each respondent. This data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software tools. The instrument used in this study had previously conducted instrument testing on 30 respondents with the overall result that the instrument used had been declared valid and reliable. The data analysis steps used in this study include validity and reliability tests, uni normality and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship interest, entrepreneurship learning has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship interest, the use of social media has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship interest
