Abstract

Sebagai kota yang terdampak virus korona, yang sempat berada pada posisi hitam, Surabaya menjadi salah satu daerah yang memiliki tugas paling berat dalam mempertahankan sector ekonomi rakyatnya. Ancaman paling mengkawatirkan adalah adanya kelesuan dalam kegiatan dagang (resesi) serta adanya pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK). Manajemen kolaborasi wali kota Surabaya dengan UMKM menjadi salah satu gagasan penting agar dampak covid-19 pada sector ekonomi tidak terlalu drop. Sebagai lamgkah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal, maka penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan policy formulation dan policy implemention dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi yang dilakukan wali kota Surabaya dengan pelaku UMKM berjalan sedangkan bentuk manajemennya memberlakukan ganjil genap dalam operasi UMKM, menutup beberapa pasar yang bukan kebutuhan pokok dalam beberapa waktu, serta memberlakukan protocol kesehatan bagi UMKM yang beroperasi dalam maqashid syariah hal ini dilakukan untuk menjaga diri dan menjaga keturunan serta  menjaga harta.KeyWord : kolaborasi, Covid-19, Maqasid syariah.

Abstract

In the current 4.0 era, the number of Islamic microfinance institutions (IMFs), especially sharia Cooperatives and Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) has increased significantly, with a variety of product and service innovations. This development needs to be supported by a better system so that these financial institutions can provide satisfactory services to the users. One of the users' satisfaction is influenced by the adoption of financial technology (fintech) by the IMFs. Therefore, there is a need to study fintech revitalization and its implementation at IMF, such as Aulia Software Indonesia. This research finds that PT. Mitra Aulia Indonesia has developed Aulia Software to be used by Islamic cooperatives and BMTs. Among the innovations made are BMT software, cooperative savings and loan software, sharia cooperative software, savings and loan mobile applications, CoopLink Android application, mobile phone credit reload & PPOB CoopLink, CoopLink EDC machines, ATM cards, and ATMs. From 2003 to 2019, Aulia Software Indonesia users reached 1,221 users.Pada era 4.0 saat ini, jumlah lembaga keuangan mikro syariah, khususnya Koperasi Syariah dan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) meningkat, dengan berbagai inovasi produk dan pelayanan. Perkembangan ini perlu didukung dengan sistem yang mewadahi, sehingga perkembangannya bisa memberikan kepuasan pada para pengguna. Kepuasan para pengguna salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh pemanfaatan teknologi finansial (fintech) oleh lembaga keuangan makro syariah tersebut. Dari itu, penelitian terhadap revitalisasi fintech dan pemanfaatannya oleh lembaga keuangan syariah mikro menjadi penting. Salah satunya adalah Produk Aulia Software Indonesia yang dikembangkan oleh PT Mitra Aulia Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa produk yang tersebut telah berkesuaian dengan syariah dan kebutuhan era 4.0. Beberapa produk yang dikembangkan yaitu perangkat lunak BMT, perangkat lunak koperasi syariah simpan pinjam, perangkat lunak koperasi syariah, aplikasi simpan pinjam ponsel, aplikasi Android CoopLink, Jual pulsa CoopLink dan PPOB, Mesin EDC CoopLink, kartu ATM, dan mesin ATM. Dari tahun 2003 hingga 2019, pengguna Aulia Sofware Indonesia sudah mencapai 1.221 pengguna.

Abstract

The problem in this study inspires creative economic development activities aimed at improving the well-being of the water hyacinth craftsmen community in Situ Cipondoh. The water hyacinth plant can be transformed into a variety of marketable handicrafts. This has become a popular destination for both locals and visitors from other parts of the country. The purpose of this research is to determine the development of the creative economy in improving the economic welfare of water hyacinth craftsmen in Ieko Ratu Eceng Sahabat Alam, Situ Cipondoh, Kunciran Jaya, Tangerang in terms of Islamic economic aspects in Indonesia. This study employed interview techniques and field surveys with a sociological approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. To get specific conclusions, it refers to literature studies based on the texts of the Quran and hadith and then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques according to Islamic economics. Thus, this research shows that the creative economy development carried out by the Kunciran Jaya community through Ieko Ratu Eceng Sahabat Alam by utilizing water hyacinth into various kinds of handicrafts can improve the economic welfare of the Situ Cipondoh community. Besides that, in the view of Islamic economics, these activities are highly recommended and allowed because they are following the basic values of Islamic economics in Indonesia.

Abstract

Increasing the results of agricultural sales in the community of an area is one of the factors for improving the community's economy, especially in the agricultural sector which is considered profitable by the community, one of the tobacco farming sectors which is one of the most profitable livelihoods in rural communities, as well as in Karang Penang Village Onjur Sampang. However, the tobacco season sometimes becomes a bad season due to an inadequate buying and selling system, such as buying and selling using the tebbhesen system (Madura language). This research was conducted using qualitative methods using interviews. Observation and documentation. The interviews were conducted directly with farmers, middlemen, and traders to obtain valid data. In addition to the interviews, observations were made by researchers by looking at buying and selling practices in the field and coupled with data documentation in the field. This research results that in the view of urf sell tebbhesen this is not valid because it contains losses to one of the parties. Losses are not always experienced by farmers, sometimes they are felt by middlemen and sometimes also experienced by traders because there is no certainty of yields from the tobacco they buy.
