Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline, Creative Behavior-Innovative Partially on Teacher Performance. This research was conducted in one of high school in Bandung with sample of 73 teachers through questionnaire, direct observation and interview technique. Variable Work Environment, Work Discipline and Creative Behavior - Innovative functions as independent variable (Independent), while the Performance Teacher variables serve as dependent variable (dependent). To test hypothesis is used path analysis and simple regression by determining level of significance 0,05 with program of SPSS version 20 and Microsoff Excel. Based on this research, the findings are as follows: Total Effect of Work Environment (X1) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 10.2%, Total Effect of Work Discipline (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 17.1%, Total Influence Creative Behavior -Innovative to Teacher Performance (Y) of 61.6%, Total Influence of these three variables of 88.9%. From these results it can be concluded that the influence of Creative-Innovative Behavior in teaching has the greatest effect on Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Organizing good governance depends on the readiness of the State apparatus, especially the civil servants. The presence of employees who can provide excellent services leads to this achievement. Besides, the situation can be obtained if the employees have the job satisfaction. When the employees have the high internal motivation and excellent ability in completing their tasks, the job satisfaction can be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of internal motivation and competency on employee job satisfaction in one of the government agencies in West Bandung Regency. The samples were 71 people. The data analysis technique of this research is the path analysis approach. Partially and simultaneously, the intrinsic motivation and competency have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to navigate the effect of job satisfaction on work discipline mediated by continuance commitment. Proving the research hypothesis uses a non-parametric approach. The data used are the results of a questionnaire given to employees at one of the Private Banks in the city of Bandung with a sample of 54 employees. The survey was conducted directly by visiting one of the Bank's offices in Badung City and randomly selected respondents who were willing to fill in the research questionnaire. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of job satisfaction on work discipline mediated by continuance commitment. The implications of the results of the study indicate that with a feeling of satisfaction with the work done will be able to improve the discipline of work that can be driven by continuance commitment owned by employees.

Abstract

This research explores the main issue regarding human resource management at a Bandung Industrial Company, which poses a significant challenge for organizational sustainability in the era of globalization. The primary objective of this study is to identify factors influencing employee performance, with a focus on motivation and compensation. The research methodology employs descriptive analysis based on performance data and employee satisfaction surveys. The findings reveal that employee performance still falls short of company expectations, with both the quantity and quality of work not meeting the desired targets. The novelty of this study emphasizes the critical role of motivation and compensation in enhancing performance, a factor often overlooked. The implications of these findings suggest the need for more effective management strategies in handling motivation and compensation to optimally drive employee performance, enabling the organization to achieve its desired goals.
