Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu produk yang dihasilkan di PT ABC adalah S/A Coil. Proses pembuatan coil dilakukan dengan posisi duduk, dengan ukuran standar meja kerja 95cm, dan kursi standar ergonomi high sitting yang dapat diubah tinggi rendah kursi dan sandaran kursinya. Total meja kerja adalah 6 stasiun, 3 meja untuk proses insert pin, 1 meja untuk proses coilwinding, 1 meja untuk proses ferrite insertion dan 1 meja untuk proses coil meansurement & packing. Berdasarkan proses observasi dan wawancara, dinyatakan bahwa operator mengalami kurang nyaman dalam bekerja dengan ditandai sering berganti posisi duduk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang footrest yang nyaman untuk mengurangi kelelahan pada bagian kaki operator produksi di Cell S/A Coil. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 10 operator produksi (wanita) di Cell S/A Coil yang berusia 19-25 tahun dengan tinggi badan minimal 153cm. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Nordic Body Map, pengukuran antropometri pada bagian kaki yang dilanjutkan denganpengujiankeseragaman data dan persentil.  Dari hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat permasalahan terbesar yang sedang dihadapi oleh operator adalah pada bagian kaki (nilai rata-rata 6) sehingga perlu dirancang footrest yang nyaman bagi operator. Hasil pengukuran antropometri didapat ketinggian footrest sebesar 30cm dan 45cm dan dengan sudut 0o, 7.5o  dan sudut 15o. Setelah dilakukan perancangan,  hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map pada bagian kaki adalah 0. Hal ini karena footrestsesuai dengan kenyamanan kaki operator produksi di Cell S/A Coil XS156. Kata kunci : Kuesioner Noordick Body Map, kelelahan, pengukuran antropometri, footrest, kenyamanan kaki. ABSTRACTOne of the products produced in PT ABC is S / A Coil. The coil-making process is done in a sitting position, with a standard 95cm workbench, and a standard high-ergonomic ergonomic chair that can be modified high-low chair and chair back. Based on the process of observation and interview, stated that the operator experienced less comfortable in working with marked often change the sitting position. The purpose of this study is to design a comfortable footrest to reduce fatigue on the feet of production operators in Cell S / A Coil. The object of this study was conducted to 10 production operators (women) in Cell S / A Coil aged 19-25 years with a minimum height of 153cm. The method used is the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, anthropometric measurement at the foot followed by the testing of data diversity and percentile. From the results of questionnaires Nordic Body Map can be seen that the level of the biggest problem being faced by the operator is at the foot (average value 6) so it needs to be designed footrest comfortable for operators. Anthropometry measurement results obtained height of footrest of 30cm and 45cm and with angle 0o, 7.5o and angle 15o. After the design, the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire on the legs is 0. Abstract

PT. UB is a company in Indonesia engaged in the electronics manufacturing industry that produces IC products. The company seeks to improve the performance of its engines through improved production processes. One of the production machines that have high performance is the DAICHI machine in the cleaning process. However, the performance of a DAICHI machine can be hampered if it experiences downtime, damage or does not work effectively. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of DAICHI machines in the cleaning process with oee methods. The results of this study showed that the availability ratio value was 85.77%, performance efficiency was 65.45%, and the rate of quality was 99% with an OEE value of 54.49%, so the effectiveness of the machine had not met established standards or the machine did not work effectively. The availability ratio and performance efficiency factors that most cause the OEE value of DAICHI machines in the cleaning process do not meet the standards.

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan komponen penyokong elektronika. Pada proses pemasangan IC program menunjukkan pekerjaan dominan menggunakan proses manual (tenaga manusia) seperti proses kerja berulang dengan konsentrasi tinggi, monoton dan belum adanya waktu baku per unit produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur waktu baku proses pemasangan IC program ke PCB menggunakan metode jam henti. Pengambilan data sebanyak 10 kali untuk 4 stasiun kerja (SK). Setiap stasiun kerja terdiri dari 5 elemen kerja. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 4 operator pria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengukuran waktu baku pada proses pemasangan IC program dari jumlah elemen kerja A, B, C, D dan E untuk waktu baku di SK 1 = 107,192 detik, waktu baku di SK 2 = 107, 235 detik, waktu baku di SK 3 = 101, 372 detik dan waktu baku di SK 4 = 101, 119. Rata-rata waktu baku keempat stasiun kerja untuk pemasangan IC = 104, 230 detik atau 1,442 menit.

Abstract

ABSTRAKCV. XYZ adalah industri kecil yang bergerak pada proses produksi  pilar. Sebagian besar aktivitas kerja bersifat manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis postur kerja operator pencetakan pilar. Subyek penelitian adalah enam operator yang ditempatkan pada area pencetakan. Penilaian dilakukan dengan menggunakan QEC (Quick Exposure Check), selanjutnya jika nilai yang didapat menganjurkan perbaikan, maka dilakukan survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner NBM (Nordic Body Map). Berdasarkan hasil dari penilaian QEC diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut dan dilakukan perubahan terhadap postur kerja operator, kemudian dilanjutkan pada kuesioner NBM. Hasil dari kuesioner ini didapatkan beberapa titik tingkat keparahan rasa sakit atas risiko gangguan musculoskeletal dibagian leher (50%) , bahu kiri (50%), bahu kanan (50%), pinggul (66,67%), paha kiri (83,33%), paha kanan (83,33%), lutut kiri (83,33%), lutut kanan (83,33%), dan lengan atas (66,67%). Sedangkan tingkat keparahan rasa sangat sakit atas risiko gangguan musculoskeletal adalah punggung (66,67%). Kata kunci: Postur Kerja, Quick Exposure Check, Nordic Body Map, Musculoskeletal  ABSTRACTCV. XYZ is a small industry that is engaged in the production process of pillars. Most work activities are manual. This study aims to analyze the working posture of the pillar printing operator. The research subject were six operators who were placed on the printing area. The assessment is done by using QEC (Quick Exposure Check), then if the obtained value recommends improvement, then a survey is conducted using the NBM (Nordic Body Map) questionnaire. Based on the results of the QEC assessment further research required and changes to the operator's work posture, then proceed to the NBM questionnaire. The results of this questionnaire were obtained several points in the severity of the pain for musculoskeletal disorders risk in the neck (50%), left shoulder (50%), right shoulder (50%), hips (66.67%), left thigh (83.33%), right thigh (83.33%), left knee (83.33%), right knee ( 83.33%), and the upper arm (66.67%). Abstract

Material inventory is one of the important elements to simplify the production process in the company. PT. STP is a company that produces module structures. This company often uses consumable materials, namely Cutting Disk and Carbon Gouging to work on its orders. The company controls the inventory of both materials using the FIFO (First in First out) method. However, the inventory costs incurred by the company with this method are still quite large and cause excess material stocks. This study aims to analyze the comparison of EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) and POQ (Periodic Order Quantity) methods in controlling the inventory of Cutting Disk and Carbon Gouging materials in PT. STP. The results showed that with the EOQ method, the ordering frequency became 13 times a year with a quantity per order of 1434 boxes for Cutting Disk material and the ordering frequency was 8 times a year with a quantity per order of 656 boxes for Carbon Gouging material. Meanwhile, the results of the POQ method obtained that the order frequency to be 12 times a year with a quantity per order of 1,498 boxes for Cutting Disk materials and the ordering frequency to be 6 times a year with a quantity per order of 852 boxes for Carbon Gouging materials. The results of the EOQ method obtained the total inventory cost of Cutting Disk materials of Rp. 929,455,735, - and Carbon Gouging of Rp. 1,828,712,584, - with the total inventory cost (TC) of the two materials of Rp. 2,758,168,319,-. While the results of the POQ method obtained the total inventory cost of Cutting Disk materials of Rp. 929,294,252,- and Carbon Gouging of Rp. 1,828,902,262,- with the total inventory cost (TC) of the two materials of Rp. 2,758,196,514,-.

Abstract

PT. ABC is a company engaged in the production and management of metal and plastic electron components, namely Presicion Metal Stamping and Forming, Precision Cold Forged Treatment and Surface Treatment. One of the departments in this company is the HPES Plating department. In production line activities at HPES Plating, there is work that is predominantly done in the work posture, namely standing, sitting, and bending as well as manual lifting handling activities. This study aims to assess the body posture scores of workers in the HPES Plating department of PT. ABC which has the potential for musculoskeletal disorders using the OWAS method. The results of the posture assessment at the time of incoming product inspection activities were 1, receiving system activities were 1, product transfers were 1, product lifting was 3, jigging activities were 1, product preparation was 2, loading activities were 1, VMI inspections were 1, product packing was 3, OQA inspections were 1, and shipment activities were 2. So that immediate improvements are needed for the work posture of product lifting, product preparation, product packing and shipment.
